Her eyes slowly started to blur . Her hands trembled . She looked at the phone screen . Tears started to drop one by one . She couldn’t reply back . She could hear the ringing of the messages coming from the other end . But all she could think of is why ???

She couldn’t think straight …
He was always there for her . Even after knowing her darkest secrets he stood by her . He used to go easy on her . Even when she made him angry he used to let it slide as a joke . Even when she tried to break his heart with her words he just stayed by her . He was always clinging never letting go .
And finally when she got used to it there was no more replies from him . The messages were never seen . She used to think maybe he is still angry with their last fight . Well she thought he will message within a week . Then she got busy with her exams . No messages yet for 2 months …
She felt something was off . She couldn’t call him cause she broke her sim ( will tell later ) . All she could do was message him . After 2 weeks she got in contact with one of his friends . She asked about him .
He asked her didn’t she know yet . She asked him ‘is there something I should know about ?’ . He asked her ‘ how long have you not contacted with him ) . She answered ‘ 3 months maybe ‘
Then he told her a horrifying truth . She wished it was a lie . She would have been happier even if his friend told her that he got tired of her and found a new girl .
But why . Why now ???
After all these 5 years . After being a villain in her life he caught her heart and now he “ she couldn’t think clearly anymore and finally it was clear he left her . To a place she could never reach . To a place where she couldn’t hear his voice . The only thing she liked about him was his voice . It had a nice sweetness to it . She could calm down just by hearing it . But now she could no longer hear it .
She started thinking about their bumpy love story . And cried silently
