It is very common and normal to feel sad because of failure, struggle and separation. But if feelings like unhappiness, sadness, helplessness, hopelessness persist for a few days to a few months and make the person unable to carry on with his routine normally, then it can be a sign of a mental disease called depression.

10 to 17 year is a very tough time teen age tension ,and teenage depression
everything happens to teenager at this time... youngster's start feeling that their parents don't love them nobody loves them , no one can understand their feelings and hence .....they go on the wrong path they go in to depression and start drinking alcohol , start smoking, .....some youngster's even try to kill them selves , this also came to their mind
but this that we have to control ourselves I know it its very difficult to do but it's not impossible
( this happen not only with teenager but also with adult person when they are very sad and depressed)

so many people have their hurting past but this past teach us good lesson and mead us stronger
and so many people sad because of ....present .....if you want happy then stay strong be happy for yourself and work hard for beautiful happy future

good tips to get out of depression
1- share your feelings with your parents or someone
you trust the most .....if you are not comfortable with your friend or father then definitely share with your mother , ....if you you are not comfortable with anyone then write your feeling on the paper and after writing you want to keep that paper then keep it other wish rip or Thor it away
2-listen good song's
3-go with someone for walk if there is no one then go yourself
