It was the last day.......the last day in which me and my 9 other teammates were about to escape the country.......the country if apocalypse....from where this z virus started.....
I was leading to the front as the tunnel sounded quiet.....like there was no one....neither a surviver....nor a zombie
I told them to go forward.....my husband hesitated not to go first but i forced him to go.....soon I heard crawling sounds coming by....I got my gun ready...to fight the zombies for the last time and leave for the other country
Bang bang.....one after the other my bullets were getting empty....there was no other chance but....to escape to the tunnel
while running.....a creeper zombie got my leg.....I heard them all screaming......come fast yn! come fast!
But till I moved that creeper bit my leg....and I was blank.....I chopped off his hand with a knife and came forward to my teammates.....I saw my husband crying
I replied....."You all go! they will not come now as I locked them....." but no one was going to agree... I said
"Our Journey was till here.....I am sorry....I can't come with you now"
One of my teammates said....We can save her if we cut her leg.....but the other one replied as Nothing can be done now.....the infection is spread in her whole body
"Liar" said my husband.. you saidyou will never leave me and our child but ....I felt a pang in my heart andx my heartbeat increasing.....that was one of a symptom
"Before I die....promise me that you will forget me and the baby and will live a normal life......After that I can die peacefully"
But before I say anything else....he hugged me....and I finally let my tears escape..."You promise me, That in our next life...you will be with me forever and will never leave me" he said and I nodded....hugging him more tightly.....
I saw one of my teammate giving him gun....he took it with shaky hands as if he was unwilling to shoot me
"Even when I die.....I will always be with you....by looking at sky and thinking of me I will always be there with you.....I loved you my love....my life was till here.....goodbye" I concluded and closed my eyes....smiling
He closed his eyes and pulled the trigger a drop of tear left his eye
Everyone was taking him away....But he stood still....And said...
I LOVE YOU TOO YN. AND I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU.....I WILL WAIT FOR US IN OUR NEXT LIFE....G-GOODBYE
With that he left....although he didn't wanted....but for his wife's last promise
He took out a keychain from his pocket.....and rested it on yn's belly before leaving....
On that keychain it was written "MOM TO BE" but now it was of no use.....he looked at her last time...her face smiling and her body lying lifelessly on the ground......after that.....he left
