“Sister why is it that when someone is not happy they say nothing?”
The older sister thought about it for a minute
“Well I guess it’s because the world is full of beautiful words but not everything that happens is good”
The younger sister is still very curious
“Is that all your going to say?”
“No I’m not finished.
You see when all there is are good words, and let’s say for instance, when Dad and Mom are not happy because of something one of them did. They usually say I’m not happy let’s not talk”
Little sister
“So we should make not good words to describe not good things?”
“No it is better to not make up words that are no good. Because if we have those words to use then we make the not good things bigger then they are.”
Don’t you remember that Dad and Mom
after a while they make it right and forgive each other. If they had words to describe how not good they felt and the not good thing the other one did, then they would be yelling and adding more not good things.
We have nothing to say about the not good things and I’m happy with that.”
