"Vivi, will you marry me?"
Zack Sheldon looked so young for his age, with a youthful face and the bright eyes of youth.
His blond hair had been gelled into an almost perfect shape and his blue button down shirt was neatly pressed.
The boy standing in front of him held out his hand to Vivi as he smiled softly.
Her heart swelled at the sight of her boyfriend, his smile reaching his grey eyes.
"Yes." she said, taking his hand and giving it a gentle squeeze.
They both took a step forward together and wrapped their arms around each other.
Zack gave her a gentle kiss on the cheek, before whispering, "I love you." into her ear.
One day.....
Everything stared around Zack. He knew something bad was about to happen... It felt like the universe was telling him to run for his life.
Zack didn't want to hurt Vivienne but there wasn't any way out of this one.
He could only watch helplessly as she fell. She collapsed into a lifeless heap, Zack's heart dropping along with her body. There was nothing he could do now.
He tried to get over to where she lay, knowing full well that she couldn't hear him.
She was dying because of Zack breaking the laws of universe of uniting with a human .
As Zack kneeled beside her body, his heart clenched painfully in his chest.
He reached over to hold her in his hands but stopped just short of touching her. What if Vivienne was still alive?
If Zack touched her then he would never be able to stop himself from destroying the two humans who caused all this turmoil.
Vivienne had fallen victim to the Vampires conflicts and now she had only few minutes to live and her tears kept falling staring at Zack sadly.
It was too late. The tears were already rolling down his cheeks. He was going to lose her today. She was too beautiful, too precious for this world to have such a sad ending.
Zack closed his eyes tightly as he leaned down and kissed her forehead gently.
He stood up, ready to vent out his anger against those who dared to kill her.
However before he could move, something hit him hard in the back of the head sending him flying backwards off of his feet, hitting the wall.
He unleashed his powers, transformed into his hybrid form as he turned to meet whatever attacked him.
A figure was standing behind him, holding a knife which looked eerily similar to one of Vivi's. A man, tall, thin and pale, stood before Zack, smirking wickedly.
"You're not supposed to be here... Not yet." the man stated.
Zack smiled at him, his fangs showed up menacingly as he spoke in a deadly tone.
Zack took out his gun, pointing it at the mans face.
"You are going to wish you never came here... I am a vampire hunter... And you will pay for what you've done." Zack growled.
Zack started shooting and killing every single vamp there was...
The blood splattered across his bare skin. He felt no remorse or regret. No matter what they did to him or to Vivienne. They deserved every bit of pain they'd receive!
He killed them, taking their life force for his own.
Vivienne saw all this happening through half lidded eyes. When Zack finally got the last of the vampires down, her vision was blurred by the tears which kept falling. She could barely speak as her breathing became labored and shallow.
"Zack... I'm..." Vivienne choked out...
