'Tired? Who? Mommy? What does it mean? I feel scared. Papa Jesus, just what is happening to my family now?'
Jade woke up with her father lying beside her.
'Mommy didn't slept with us tonight,' Jade thought with a bit of sadness.
'Well, it's natural. They fought last night,'
"What time is it?" Jade mumbled as she went to get her father's phone.
'4:40 am? Still early,' What should I do then? Sleep?'
'Nah, I'll just wake Daddy up to bath me.... or not,'
Jade thought deeply, but in the end she just kneeled.
Deciding to just pray a long prayer.
Her father woke up when it is already 5:00, because of the alarm he set at his phone.
He saw Jade praying, 'Just how long is she praying?'
He raised an eyebrow as he let out a charming smile.
His body is not as macular in his prime, he have a bit of fats. He looked like in his 30's even though he is already in his 40's.
His smile made him even look younger.
Jade just finished praying and found that she is now alone in the room, 'Did I prayed a bit too long?'
She went out to see her father cooking some breakfast.
"SUNNY SIDE UP! My favourite," Jade let out a charming bright smile as she sat there.
"Mommy is still not here, shall I wake her up," Jade said as she waited for her father to reply and sit next to her.
Her father suddenly remembered what happened last night and his face darkened a little, Jade didn't noticed what happened and still waited for his answers.
"Mm... Call her now, the food will be cold if she didn't come here fast," he let out a chuckle as he continued sitting the fried rice in the frying pan.
'Great, we can still eat together,' Jade thought as she went to call her mother with a smile.
Her father looked at Jade's back as he mumbled, "Yes, everything will be fine. We still have our daughter to keep us together,"
