“Okay so my name is Eliza Taylor and am 26yrs old and guess what I am getting married tomorrow and I haven't told my family crazy right well am planning on telling tonight
I really wonder how they will take this news that I'm getting married tomorrow and I know questions like why didn't you tell us on time, who are you getting married to , blah blah blah
My mom and dad are going to be really mad at me for keeping such a news from them till now and my sister (Cleo) well she's just going to be happy, not because am getting married no no no ,
she's going to be happy because she has a chance to ruin my wedding
well that's because I ruined her's cause I was angry at her for getting me fired at my work place
I know that I went to far as to ruin my sister's wedding because I was mad at her for getting me fired at my work place
But I was really angry at her and I just couldn't control my my anger then
some people has been in that situation where they are angry and they can't just control it.
“ Anyways it's time , yes time to tell the good news to my family, oh goodness and am really excited.... and nervous at the same time
jeez am really scared maybe my parents might disown me or something I don't know am just really scared
wait a minute am I not supposed to have this mixed feeling tomorrow I mean I am getting married and am already getting mixed feeling just by thinking of what my family will say when I tell them the good news , and most importantly how would they react when I tell them am getting married to the man that I introduced to them as my friend months ago and that man is Dimitri Heather CEO of famous tech.company
I didn't know how I did it but I managed to convince my family that he was just a employee in the company
through my fiance didn't like the idea of me hiding his real identity from my family but I managed to convince him to accept my idea
if I didn't hide his identity and also introduced him as my friend my sister would have crashed my relationship and be singing in my ear “i have had my revenge , very sweet revenge ha ha ha ha "
“Every one come downstairs dinner is ready"that was my sweet mother's voice
“okay Eliza it's time " I assured my self through I was really nervous and I felt myself developing goosebumps all my body
“Tomorrow is going to be my perfect day and in other for it to be my perfect day I have to make peace with my sister and parent "
as I strode down the stairs a small figure ran pass me
“race you to the table" that was my little brother's (jack) voice
“slowdown or you will fall" I voiced back to him, I know how rough my little brother can be when it comes to playing and in the process he might get injured
AT THE DINNER TABLE
“Did u wash your hand " my sister (Cleo) asked jack
she always did that cuz jack didn't like washing his hand
jack ran as fast as he could to wash his hands and returned to the dinner table
“so how was work today dear" my mom asked my dad who had just returned from work
“work was good today I got a promotion a work " my father said gleefully
“ wow that's really good news " my mother exclaimed in a gleeful tone
wait till you hear my own good new family
“ah I have some good news to share " I finally
spoke up still feeling nervous and lost in thoughts
“ and what's the good news you want to share with us " my mother asked eagerly to hear my good news
“AM GETTING MARRIED TOMORROW" I said boldly
“ is your good news supposed to be a joke cuz it's very hilarious" my sister said laughing at what I said
I was expecting this reaction from her
“cleo is right is this your good news a joke " my father asked
“ No father it's not a joke am serious am getting married"
“really " my mother looked at me straight in the eye to see if I was lying
“am serious " I tied to convince them that am telling the truth about getting married tomorrow
“well that's really good news" my mother said
“wow sister Eliza is getting married tomorrow I better go prepare my suit for Tomorrow " my little brother said as he ran up the stairs in Glee
“so who are you getting married to let me guess an animal an alien" my sister said then chuckled
“am getting married to the CEO of the famous tech.company Dimitri Heather " I said coldly while I watched my sister almost choke on her food
“Eliza why would you hide such a news from us, am disappointed in you " My father said
“don't say that honey " my mother said looking at my dad
“but at the same time am also proud of you" my father smiled at me
“later you send us the avenue where your wedding will be taking place" while my father was acting Normal my mother looked like she was going to explode because of the news
“my daughter is getting married tomorrow yesss"my mother shouted in Glee
“keep your voice down honey the neighbors might hear you" my mother said as both her and my father strode up the stairs
now it was only me and my sister at the dinner table, I was expecting her to say something but to my shock she sent me a playful wink and strode upstairs
I know that wink, whenever Cleo would wink at someone like that , it means she gonna do some really bad mischief
I immediately took out my phone and dialed a number on my phone and called it after answering the call I went upstairs
I knocked on my sister's room door multiple times till the door was finally opened by her
“what do you want" she asked me
“cleo I want to discuss with you about the event that took place three years ago" I said boldly
“come in"she said leaving the door open for me to enter
“cleo I just want to apologize for what I deed I.....I .....I .. didn't mean to ruin your wedding three years ago"
“i have already forgiven you Eliza am just mad that you have a wedding tomorrow and you didn't even tell me your elder sister that your getting married "
“am sorry I didn't tell you, just thought you would crash my wedding like I crashed yours"I said feeling guilty
“it's alright I ......." my sister and I paused when we heard the door bell ring
“I get that"my sister said leaving the room to get the door
I followed her down stairs
“who is it"Cleo asked
“it me James"
Cleo immediately opens the door and hugs James
James was her Cleo ex fiance
“i have missed you James "Cleo said
“i know,. Eliza had explained everything to me last year but I had to go on a business trip so I couldn't come and see you "James explained
“it's alright" Cleo said with tears in her eyes
“do you wanna go grab some ice cream"James asked and Cleo nodded and they both left the house
finally I made peace with my parents and sister so there's no doubt that tomorrow will be a my perfect day "
