First kisses?

From wondering what it’s like

To always waiting for the next one

First kisses are Gate ways to higher expectations

They usually aren’t all

That they are cracked up to be

I just kept thinking that

His Mouth Tastes Funny

But once you are Fifteen

Or on a Third date

You feel the pressure to lip lock

Before it’s too late

Sometimes it’s alright

And you wouldn’t mind for a second kiss ;)

Then sometimes it doesn’t feel right

It’s a hit or miss

Sometimes a kiss lives up to the hype of the moments leading to it

If the nose doesn’t come in the way

And your lips are good fit or better yet it reels you in and you want to live inside his mouth

He can’t leave without a kiss

Every time he comes about

Those rare ones

Are worth missing the trains for

They get a little better

Than every kiss before

I haven’t yet had a first kiss

As intense as those

But when I do

I’d beg for a second third and fourth
