"Lost Words"
I was once whole, now I'm in pieces,
My letters scattered like lost theses.
If you can find and put me together,
I'll reveal a poem that's quite clever.
My first letter is like a shining star,
The brightest one in the sky, by far.
My second letter is round and full,
Like a perfectly shaped snowball.
My third letter is a symbol of love,
A shape that fits like a glove.
My fourth letter is a sharp tool,
Used for cutting paper or wool.
My fifth letter is a letter of power,
It's like a tower that won't cower.
My sixth letter is like a curved line,
A shape that's graceful and divine.
My seventh letter is like a tilted moon,
A shape that's unique, like a rare boon.
My eighth letter is like a tiny seed,
Full of potential and in great need.
My ninth letter is like a stair,
A shape that leads to the upper air.
My tenth letter is like a tiny bird,
A symbol of freedom, not a single word.
If you can put me together, then you'll see,
A poem that's waiting to be set free.
