The king Christian and the queen Eleanor was called the perfect couple. They were known for loving each other genuinely and for being a smart duo. They ruled the empire greatly and peacefully. That kind of couple… is always destined to be ruined.
“Eleanor, Have you been well?” The king asked as he quietly sipped his tea with a fragrant aroma. He closed his eyes waiting for her answer but the queen just simply nodded as she drank her wine. “What's wrong, my queen?” The king asked as he felt bothered by it. He looked at Eleanor's features and indeed, she’s a masterpiece. Long blonde hair and her attractive deep red eyes. The king for a split moment was deflowered by her beauty. He next looked at her revealing dress and she looked like she wasn’t bothered by it.
The queen made a look of disgust and that woke the king back to reality. “Again, are you fine?” The king asked In worry. “Of course I am. Since this day is the day I’m asking for a divorce” Eleanor said as she smiled. The king stopped as he was surprised. Eleanor was the real Royalty. He could not refuse.
“What do you mean?! Are you seeing someone?!” The king asked – enraged as he slammed the table. He looked furious as if he has the rights to do so. The queen stopped as she frowned in disgust. “You cheater sh*t! don’t you dare appear in front of me again!!” The queen shouted as her Palm landed on his cheeks. Her hand left a slap mark on his face and he trembled in anger.
“No way… you knew?” The king asked as he swayed and sat down in disbelief. The queen scoffed as she looked at the king. “No way I wouldn’t know. Everyday I hear news about your women. You slept with quite a lot huh? Since I’m not in your way anymore, enjoy your freedom!” The queen shouted as she turned her back and slammed the door close.
Since when…
Since when did we start to fall apart? I simply just wanted to… make her jealous.

We were kids. Kids who were new to love. As soon as our gazes fell upon each other, we knew it. It was love.
“Your Royal highness, I like you” Christian confessed with his flowers and he wore a not so flashy suit that actually was to her taste. Eleanor smiled as she accepted the flowers and smelled it. She looked at Christian and smiled. “These flowers remind me of you, My lord.” She said as she looked embarrassed. “I… I like these flowers a lot” She said indirectly confessing. His nervous look suddenly became bright as he came running and hugged her. He was jumping in joy as he proudly told her “I will make you happy”
True to his words, he indeed made her happy.
“My dear, look at this flower in full bloom. Isn’t it pretty?” Christian asked as he greeted Eleanor who just woke up. Of course, Eleanor with a smile accepted it and embraced Christian. “I love you” and after that, they exchanged kisses and stood up from bed. Everyday was indeed a lovely romantic day not until…
“my dear-“ as Christian opened the door he was surprised to see Eleanor laughing with some unknown man. He was holding a bouquet of flowers and he looked at Eleanor with affection on his eyes. In turn, Eleanor hugged him and the man started to cry. Seeing that scene, he doesn’t need to confirm. He no longer makes her happy. She was full of his silly jokes and his dull face. It seems… he was discarded.
“Your Majesty, what happened?” Alex asked as he frowned. He looked at the king with worry because his spirits werent high as it used to be. He wasn’t smiling either and didn’t come to look for the queen.
Well, she must be enjoying her time without him.
