"Hey love....? " Ishan said as he pulled his girlfriend into a hug from behind.
"You remember me now..? " Nayan said and pushed him aside, "Where were you the whole day.. I hate you..? " She said and started walking towards her dorm.
"Baby, babygirl, love.. Please stop walking.. I am sorry... Don't be angry on me.. " He said and chased her, but she didn't turn back.
"What do you want to say huh..? " She said and looked at him, " Do you even remember what today is..?"
"What is it..? "
"So you actually forgot, now don't even ever talk to me..we are over.." She said and started walking again.
Ishan sighed and picked her up.
"Hey.. Put me down. You stupid.. " Nayan said and resisted but he just walked opposite to her dorm, without looking at her.
He put her down in the university campus's garden.
"What the hell was that Ishan..? I said it's over between us.. " Nayan shouted at him. He put his fingers on her lips. She stopped saying as she was shocked and then blushed as he was smiling looking at her in her eyes.
He removed his fingers and then stepped back, clapped his hands . The whole garden was shining brightly. The trees were decorated with lights and the floor was covered with petals of roses. Balloons were everywhere and scented candles made it more beautiful.
"What.. What is this..? " Nayan stammered as her lips curled up into a smile itself.
"My Love, I didn't forget anything. I wanted to surprise you. " Ishan said and get down on his knees, "Thank you for coming into my life, thank you for making it colourful and wonderful, thank you for loving me, for caring for me, for being with me every time... Happy 5 year Anniversary My love.. Today I promise you that I would make you happy forever and always be with you.. I love you.. "
Nayan was not able to say anything. Her eyes were filled with tears and guilt, for why she said those things earlier.
"Will you not say anything..? " Ishan asked and pouted.
"Ishan.. " Nayan said and ran towards him. She bent down on her knees and hugged him.
"I love you too idiot" Nayan said and both of them chuckle.
"And this is how the story ends" Nayan said as she closed the book.
"Mommy, what happened after that..?" Joe asked.
"Idiot, they married each other after studying and then lived happily ever after.. " Jane said.
"Tell us Mommy?? " Joe asked and looked at Nayan.
"Baby,todays story session is over, now go and play.. We will talk about it later.. " Nayan said and the twins ran out of the house.
Nayan stood up slowly, and then looked at the sky, which was preparing itself for sunset.
Someone came behind her and caressed her baby bump.
"What is my pretty wife doing..? " Hanish said.
"Nothing, don't you have work to do.. " Nayan asked and he nodded as no.
"I am going to stay here tonight, tell me what you want to eat.. I will prepare it for you" Hanish said .
"Anything you like.. " She said and he kissed her forehead.
"Then I am going to cook now.. " He said and went to the kitchen.
Nayan again looked at the sky. The sun has started to melt and the sky was turning orange and pink.
On the other side of the world, Ishan was also looking at the sun, who was going down the ocean.
"Some stories, are meant to be incomplete.. " Both of them said together, but not together.
