How can my love for you be condensed into just a simple "I love you"?
You are my world, my everything
I wouldn't bear to reach the end of time
And not seeing you there by my side
It would be my worst
To lose you
My world would shatter again in bits of pieces
Only you, you can bring it back whole
You are the light in my void
You reached out your hand to save me
Freeing me from eternal suffering
Showing me the purpose of life
You are my life, my light
So how?
How can my love for you be condensed into just a simple "I love you"?
Is it all that it can be?
Some things: Not too related to the poem, but the Goddess I put there and the poem I write was inspired by the webtoon "The Makeup Remover", latest episode updated today, it was really mesmerizing and also pretty deep in my point of view. As I was reading the chapter my mind was processing the Goddess that they are portraying(or just as I am interpreting it) is a Goddess that doesn't need beauty to be worshiped but be worshiped because even in the darkest days she will be there to show you, and lead you to the light that will free you from the dark, from the void, from the pain you are suffering. Just wanna share this to you cuz it was really~ cool...
