So, everyone likes pretty things, people, animals and whatsoever and it's natural nothing bad at all but, what about the things that are not pretty or average? Why people don't like them?
This story is what happened to me because I am 'Average looking'
So, I was in 8th grade and we had this school social annual gathering and I took part in it like every year I do. Before the S.A.G our school had sports day and my best friend won in few of them as a leader but i didn't even won one competition. My friend hurt herself while playing but still she played and won(impressive? Ikr) So after the sports day the selection for annual gathering started and i did all the work of finding songs and dance etc but At last our teacher told my friend to teach us dance completely ignoring my hard word. It was still fine but i was a little jealous and didn't want her to be our dance choreographer.Later teacher changed her and my other friends sister was told to choreograph our dance. As I was jealous of my friend I tried to convence our choreographer to don't let her dance because she is injured. she said it is fine she can dance in the FIRST ROW so i asked her, "but she doesn't have proper practice" (She didn't come to school because of her leg for 5 days) you know what our choreographer said?, "It's fine even if she cannot dance properly she has a PRETTY face and thats it".This sentence shattered my self confidence as I was in the last row. I thought to myself " Am I not on the first or second row because I am not pretty? Why should I always be last?"
