Actually I am working in a small company and boss is somewhat Cunning. He always make employees feel guilty and useless and try to control them. When i Successfully Completed a project and wait for reward or salary rise, He bring the past projects which i didn't Completed and make me feel guilty and useless.
After that because of his cruel nature, poor facility in office, no one stays in this company. Some poor guys stay because they think all office are like this only. The company keep irriating people. Some people can't withstand his stupidity and ran away as soon as they got irriated.
He wants to stop people from running away. Technically he should provide peaceful environment and Good facilities. But guess what he is asßhole, He didn't do it. There is proverb i heard:
Stupidest Solutions Comes From Stupidest People.
He created new policy to hold the employee. He gets money as deposit from employees and said he will return money only when the employee stay here for year.
initially company get education certificate of Employees to blackmail employees.
Then government provide the law that getting education certificate from employee is offensive.
Then Companies sign bond with Employees. But if you break the bond, You need to pay compensation or will be dragged to court. Then signing of Bond got cancelled, Because no employee choose such companies.
Later they created a new bond. according to it, employees won't be dragged to court or need to pay compensation. They will just get terminated without experience certificate.
For person, Who work there only for month doesn't even care about experience certificate. My stupid boss found a new stupid solution of getting deposit.
Guess what, no one even lay their leg on that company. But unfortunately there is girl, Who hardly need job at any cost. So her husband pay the deposit amount and Make her join the company. She came to office for a day. Next day, she saw office environment and lack of equipment and device. She informed to my boss that she is quitting the company and need deposit amount back. But he said " Nope " .
After lots of negotiation, boss said he will return half of amount. Then She got Angry and gave complaint to Police.
next day, Police come to office and warn boss that getting deposit amount is offensive.
Boss mf got scared and return money in single payment. i should have been alert that time because boss is asßhole. But i thought maybe this won't happen to me.
I am wrong. That shit happened to me.
I already worked 2 years in that company. So I handover my resignation in 12 Feb 2020. I had to serve 2 Months notice period . but because of corona, company shutdown in 21th March, So i had 20 days of notice period left to serve. I tried to work from home with Slow internet, Because we are in village and signal is low. Even how hard i work with slow internet and no facilities, My boss doesn't count my Work from days as Notice period. He said its 2 Hour tasks and i hardly work 2 hours per day. then he said he won't count that as day. He didn't believe me, When i said i work for 7hours per Day. So i think work from home doesn't Suit me. because i already have poor internet Here and even if i work for a day, My boss won't care about it and will say that i work only 2 Hour. So i mailed him i will rejoin the company after corona pandemic is over. The government lifted lockdown in September, But my parents fears about Corona cases in chennai. so they Tell me to wait until Corona pandemic is over.
I waited for 3 months. Corona cases were reduced in December 2020.
so i went to rejoined my company on January 1, 2021 to finish my notice period. but my boss said i didn't Came as soon as lockdown lifted, So he said he fired me.
But he didn't send me any intimation to attend office or warning letter for not attending office before. even i didn't got any termination letter from him. How can he fire me just like that?
Now he is saying they won't give me experience certificate. I am ready to serve my remaining days of notice period. But he didn't accept it.
That's why i am sad and didn't have mood to write novel. Because my 2 years of work is wasted.
Please help me with this. Are these kind of things allowed ?
Can a company fire a employee because he didn't attend company as soon as lockdown lifted?
Can he fire me without informing me to join or without sending me any warning message?
They didn't even send me a Termination mail.
I tried to negotiate with them later that what they did is wrong. But They justify his act. He said he lost few projects in lockdown because i didn't help him. I was in notice period. How can someone in notice period responsible to finish project. Even he is Saying to everyone that i ran away from Company. motherf**ker. i even informed him clearly that i will attend after pandemic is over and he didn't say any objections. How can he says now like i did mistake and leave office. After lots of talking, he said that if i train other person in my field, They can provide me experience certificate. i am waiting for someone to train. it's almost 10 days, no one came yet. i don't know what to do. i have to do everything in smooth way. But why is this happening to me?
I can't do anything because i have no one to support me.
