Chapter 6: The Boy Brought Dread
I was fooled!...in my dream by this strange kid....guess that's why parents say dont talk to strangers. Guess i didn't get that memo when i met the boy in my dream. I dont know why i trusted him....maybe cause i was a kid. Amd as kids when we see another kid we tend to want to make friends huh?...it's a fate we can't escape even if we dont got ot make them the other kid will likely come to you. Never would have guesses that one natural instinct could leave to my demise.
I was asleep alone again cause i am stubborn and will perceive! And overcome to be a big kid! Sleeping alone!...what a stubborn little kid i was. Sorry getting sidetracked in my memories. Back to the dream!.
The dream started simple enough well as simple as my dreams can be...i was in a town that turned into a city block?...kid dreams really are unstable and tend to change easily i guess...well mine did.
A kid went up to me he seemed nice enough...my height my age and a grin that lit up his face...a grin that was so bright it's like it was made to shine like the sun. Me and the kid went around being heros! Cause why not...i was a kid and what kid didn't want to be a hero...maybe some of u...Anyways we were hiding behind a car as a monster was raiding a city block...now that i think about it. The block looked exactly like miles morales block!. Cool!...if reality hadn't been so cruel.
As the boy saved me from the monster grasps and pulled me behind a car nearby we were hiding from the moster and hoping it would see us as we caught out breaths...that damned entity dared to act human! Then the boy turned around and he had 6 eyes...i know some demonslayer fans see a refrence but its true!It just happened to look like the 6 eye guy in demon slayers!..Anyway back to the dream. He looked at me and his mouth split like a slit and his tongue came out with his sharp teeth!...then he approached he teeth bare and the scene shift to a dark place not a strand of light insight...like the inside of a black hole swallowing anything that trespassed. Not even light itself was safe!.
Then he charged or did he lung at me? Either way he was dead set on killing me!... i dodged though my hand got bit as i pulled away from him and i ran but no matter how far i ran i always circled back to that boy! He looked at me and grinned! As i became desperate and scremed as hard and loud as i could into the nothingness but my voice was never heard...not because it was shut but because there was no one there to hear my cries as my voice echoedas the further it traveled in that void the dimmmer it got untill it stopped at just 3 ft.
The boy laughed enjoying my despair as i realized no one was around to care. " Had your fun " he said watching me as my voice gave out now hoarse gasping for air. He came closer and i stood up with my might fear had clouded my judgment and became to override my senses as i charged at the boy with all my might! In my mind i prayed , prayed i would survive! As i attacked as he bit my arm! Blood tricked but i dare not stop fear has become me and i fear in it rarest form danger! I attacked the boy as he aimed for the finishing blow but then i woke up finally whole!
