I'm a highschool bell and most popular girl.

Now you may think that am living the dream life, but no, absolutely no. My highschool life sucks like badly, yes am famous, but I don't get the attention I need WHY!!. boys don't follow me like they follow Courtney.

Especially Eric Kurtez, only the most popular boy in the whole school, and according to fame we should be together, but we aren't and I have dreamt of him for days now.

I have just Three friends.

Suddenly my life changes when I'm attacked by a vampire. like WHAT THOSE THINGS EXIST!!!.

Then suddenly Eric is a werewolf and I happened to be his mate.

Chapter 1

In books they always say unpopular people never get noticed but what if you are popular and you're still not getting noticed? Well that’s my problem, I'm popular and unnoticed, I just want to be noticed by ONE person, is one person too much to ask?

My name is Isa Percks, I'm 17, I have this short mop of curly honey-brown hair and big greenish-brown eyes. I have a loud laugh and quirky personality. I stick up for things I believe and weridly, I know my best-friend’s house more than my own. I love fish than any other pet, I sleep till 12pm on Saturdays and I hate people who gossip. I also talk more to myself then to any other human being, I trip more upstairs than downstairs and yeah, my hair doesn’t always agree with me but I am never rude and I am ALWAYS loyal, so why is it that he chooses someone completely evil over me?

I say I've got a big group of friends, but really I've only got like three, and there’s this group of guys who hang around with us but none of them noticed me and I mean none of them.

The three friends I do have stay and hang out with me when the rest go flirt with the guys; they say they don’t care about boys but I know for a fact that at least five guys are after each of them.

There’s this one guy I like; Eric, he’s the most popular guy. He has light hair with the bluest eyes; he’s so gorgeous it hurts and I've seen him make out with almost every gilr in my group, it’s pissing me off more than I can say.

“Do I smell?” I asked Trisha.

 Her light eyes turn dark and she flicks me in the forehead “Shut up and stop thinking that it’s something wrong with you, it’s them" she glares at the guys beside us, "If they don’t notice you then it’s their loss.”

Jessica and Alison nodded in agreement.

Jessica is the strong silent type of us; though her black pixie haircut and her curious brown eyes would say something else.

Alison is the leader and my best friend, I'd trust my life entire life in her small, manicured hands. Alis is also the one with all the looks; the volumised blonde hair and the rare dark green eyes, she is beautiful in her own right.

I pointed to Courtney who has a bunch of guys surrounding her; you could spot her dead-straight pearl hair anywhere and a pair of "innocent" blue eyes come with it “But do you see a bunch of guys surrounding me like that?”

“Sweetie, you're way more gorgeous than she is, but the guys are blinded by her big fake boobies and ass to see the ugliness” Alis said.

Jess cracked up laughing “That’s so true!”

The bell rung; we said our goodbyes and as I made my way upstairs I tripped up the stairs. I winced as voices behind me started laughing.

A large shadow came into view, I looked up and Eric was standing there. He looked at me then glared at the people laughing and growled “Fuck up!” then directed me up stairs.

I was a little stunned at his outburst; he hasn't stuck up for ANYONE in my group, let alone me.

We walked in silence for a while until he asked “Are you ok?”

Come to think of it, my foot kind of hurts, “I'm fine, thanks by the way.”

“No problem, them assholes should have helped you” he said sounding infuriated.

My frown fought through, “It’s ok, I'm used to it.”

 He surprised me as he let out a laugh, “Who would have guessed a popular kid getting laughted at?”

I laughed a little too then waved him goodbye over my shoulder as I ran to catch up with Penny.

“Isa, I heard you fell over earlier!” Courtney shouted as she was feeling Eric arms.

I groaned as I ducked my head in shame; Trisha's face scrunched up and she stood in front of me “Shut the fuck up Courtney before I burn that plastic nose of yours!” she shouted.

I let out a small laugh and looked up; Alis now stood with her and they were sort of making a wall in front of me, I smiled at them as they sat down “Thanks.”

“Tell us when she picks on you again, ok?” Alis said.

I couldn’t stop smiling; I nodded and continued eating.

Assessments forced me into the library and the rest of my friends had a strange allergy to the place, so I was on my own.

I sat in the back and got out my laptop; the laptop was taking it's time to load when a random guy sat next to me.

I looked up and the guy's curly black hair came with deep brown eyes and glasses; he smiled “Hey.”

I love how the unpopular kids just next to each other and don’t care who it is; I smiled back at him “Hey, what’s your name?”

He looked surprised that I asked him that “R…Reece.”

“Cool, I'm Isa.” He was so cute, and his presence was really calming for some reason.

He started reading something and I turned my attention back to my slow PC and was about to write something in my notebook when another stranger sat next to me; I looked up and it was a another male, this one came with shaggy orange hair and olive green eyes.

A girl sat in front of him with a chess set; she had long blonde hair and her hazel eyes were framed in giant square glasses.

I greeted them “Hey."

They both looked at me and smiled “Hi."

These kids are way nicer than most of the people in my group “I'm Isa.”

“Oliver” the male replied.

“Jaudyn” the girl responded.

I left them to their game and I almost shouted in achievement when my laptop finally loaded.

"I think your PC needs an update" muttered the curled boy beisde me. –Reece

I looked over at Reece and smiled, "That's not hard to see."

"You dont have to buy a completely new system to do it" he put his book down and pushed up his glasses, "You just need an update, it'll fasten your internet speed too."

I sat up starighter, "Really, how?"

He took my laptop and went to work.

Oliver looked of my shoulder “Is he doing the update for you?”

I nodded, "Yeah, why?”

An easy smile came oevr his face, "If he wasn't going to do it, I was."

“Check mate!” Jaudyn said excitedly.

Oliver’s head snapped back to her “What!?”

I smiled as they started to bicker.

Another person sat down in front of me; I looked up and saw Eric “Oh hey, Eric.”

He remained silent, as always and got out his laptop.

Ouch, that was rude. I figured that when he stood up for me we were actually okay to talk to each other, I guess not. I ignored him and returned my attention back to Oliver and Jaudyn.

Oliver leaned in and whispered in my ear “Did you see her cheat?”

I laughed then shook my head “She got you fair and square.”

“Ha! See?” Jaudyn said.

“We’re playing again!” he said.

I leaned over to Reece and asked “Are they always like this?”

His eyes were moving side to side as he played with my settings and gave out a small laugh “Yes.”

I watched him check and uncheck settings before he suddenly returend to my desktop, "What happened?" I asked, confused.

"Nothing, I'm done."

My eyebrows shot straight up, "Really?"

He grinned, "Yeah."

I returned his smile, "Thank you!"

“You wanna see something funny?” Oliver asked me.

I turned to him “Sure.”

He smiled then passed me a book “You're gonna need that” he said, before getting out his phone and placed it in front of us “When I say so, grab the book and pretend to read it, got it?”

I nodded “What are you planning to do?”

He grinned mischievously “Touch the home button.”

I lightly touched the phone’s button and a really loud “FUCK OFF!” blared out. He quickly grabbed the phone and shoved it under the desk “Read the book.”

I grabbed the book as quick as I could; the librarian came over but didn’t say anything and then soon left.

Jaudyn slapped Oliver's hand, "Oliver James!" she shook her head, "Stop sharing your evilness with our new friends!"

I started laughing “How did you get your phone to do that?”

He grinned “Security; if a finger touches it and it’s not my fingerprint, it yells that out.”

“It's so funny!” I said then looked up and caught Eric gaze but he quickly looked away.

The bell rung and in the fast pace of the fellow students, I accidently bumped into Eric as we all shoved our way through the corridors, making our arms touch and sparks ran up my arm –what was that!. “Hey, watch where you're going!” he shouted.

That boy is puzzling.

“See you tomorrow Isa, Alis” Jess muttered before getting into her car with Trisha.

“Talk to you later!” Trisha shouted through the car glass.

We waved, “Bye guys".

I don't regret living close to school, at all. It only takes 4 minutes to get home and that's if we take our time. Alis lives two houses down from me and it is a strong reason why we became so close.

“Where’d you disappear to at lunch?” Alis asked.

“The library” I confessed, I know for a fact that Alis won't judge me “I met some really nice people.”

“Really who?” she asked

“Some guy named Reece he's cute so, so was Oliver and a girl named jaudyn, i promise to introduce you to them”

She nodded in understanding and we came up to her house, she hugged me “See you later.”

“Byes” I said, she turned and walked up to her house.

I kept walking untill I came up to my house; I hate being at home because I'm terrified of my father, not that he ever hit me or yelled at me, I was just scared of him for some reason amd that's really weird, right?

 My father is really tall for his age, almost 6'5 and very muscular at the ripe of 53. He has the same dark features and a strange sense of humour.

I got my looks from my mum; I love my mum, she makes everything better just by being there, she even makes my father’s mood lighten and that's a miracle. Her long auburn hair was beautifully long and wavy with deep green eyes that healed every wound, she’s gorgeous.

I got inside and went straight to my fishtank. I own one fish, he’s a clownfish and I named him Sea Foam, or S.F for short; he’s been my fish since I was 14, he lives in my room, he’s my life and joy even though he’s just a fish.

“Hey buddy, how you been?” I asked him.

“Stop talking to the fish, Isa” my father said as he walked past my door “We’re off, we’ll be back tomorrow morning.”

It's my parent's 35th anniversary and they're going to the city for a night out in one of those real fancy resturants “Okay.”

Once they left I called Alis “They're gone, come over?”

I heard her sigh “Sorry love, I've got English homework.”

I groaned “Damn that English teacher of yours.”

She laughed “I promise once I'm done I'll come right over.”

“You better, love you lots.”

“Love you more” then she hung up.

“Great, now what I'm I gonna do?” I asked myself, I turned to S.F “You got any ideas?”

A couple of hours later and there’s a knock at the door “Who is it?!” I shouted from my bedroom.

“Friendly Foods, home delivery!”

Oh awesome! “Ok, hold on a sec.”

I quickly ran down and opened the door,  “Hey, kitchen's just through here” I gave him the money and he took all the groceries in the kitchen. And something about the way he looked at me was abit strange.

I left him to it as I went to the toilet.

I came out and I knew something was wrong, the air had become still and made the hair on my neck stand up. I walked downstairs and the first thing I noticed was the front door was shut and the groceries guy was standing in front of it with his eyes focusing on me with a hungry look in his eyes.

Okay, I'm officially freaked out; he took a step closer, I took a step back “Don’t come any closer.” i could see his dilated pupils and fangs sticking out of his mouth.

“What are you going to do? Scream? I doubt anyone would hear you once my cock is in your mouth.”

Wait! What? I started walking backwards; he smirked and started walking towards me. i was scared and so ready to screem.

“If you fucking take one more step, I'll break your fucking neck!” growled a deep voice from behind me.

The guy looked scared, I looked back and froze at my sudden hero E-Eric?”

“Get behind me!” he ordered.

As I went to take a step towards him, the lights went out.

“Isa!” Eric shouted sounding agitated.

I felt around for him, arms grabbed me “Eric?” i shouted as i felt a sharp pressure on my neck like the person grabbing me was biting me.

“Isa!!”

I screamed for my life then suddenly I heard a loud growl then the arms that were holding me were gone “Eric? Eric, where are you?”

I heard cries of agony “You broke my hand, you bastard!”

That was definitely not Eric; I made it to a wall and felt around for a light switch, I cheered internally when I found one and turned the lights back on.

The light flooded on and the first thing I noticed was the groceries guy on the ground holding his hand in pain and Eric glaring at him “You fucking touch her again and I'll break more than your hand.”

I slid down the wall and on to the ground as reality struck me; I almost got raped, Jesus fucking Christ!. what was going on. –the teeth, i touched my neck and i felt blood– it was blood, i was definitely bitten but why, how, how did Eric get here so fast was he following me?.

“You ok?” Eric asked suddenly in front of me, he kneeled down in front of me “Did he do something to you before I got here?” he said rooming over my body for injuries, till he saw my neck then. “are you okay” he asked i could feel disposition evident in his voice.

I shook my head “You got here just in time, thanks.”

He got up and held out his hands “You're coming with me.”

I nodded then grabbed his hands; he holstered me up and led me out the back door.
