You know how you have to stay home due to COVID but here's the thing, when you stay home and have nothing to do that's when your Mom comes in to keep you busy and like any other child I too am someone who gives priority to her, She usually ask me to do some small chores and I would usually just do it and go back to doing my stff again playing games or whatever, but you know how sometimes you just don't want to do it regardless of how simple it might be?!
[One day I was lazing around on the couch that's when my mom saw me and since I was free anyway She asked me to help her out in the kitchen]
MOM: If you got the time to laiz around why don't you help me out in the kitchen I can use some hands you know?
ME: hmm [lazy and in daze]
ME: OK
[ In the kitchen ]
MOM:Ok cut the Onions until I get back, I will be back within a few minutes
MOM: The Onions are in the black kees remember to wash them before cutting
[ME: Not listening in a daze thinking about useless stuff]
[Mom left the kitchen]
ME:hmm... what should I do... Onions... I will be back
[Me:went to the room took the phone went back to the kitchen and started playing a game]
[after a while]
step..step..step [sound of someone's foot steps]
(wholy shit she's back and I didn't even touched the onions)
(god she will get super mad at me if she saw me playing games instead of work).
[my mom was strict when it comes to work she would always say "work when you have to and you will have the rest of the time free anyway" She would always scold me for playing when I should be working instead]
(wait where are the onions?)
[standing at a place looking around without moving an inch glancing through the kitchen not moving a single thing]
[while in a panic I just shouthed]
ME: MOM WHERE ARE THE ONIONS I CAN'T FIND THEM ANYWHERE?!
MOM: they are in the black kees can't U see I even told you before leaving, what were you even doing? you haven't even started anything yet?!
ME: I-I... I was looking for the Onions mom I can't find them anywhere?!
MOM: what? what are you saying they are right infront of you?
ME:(infront of me?)
{Yes that's right folks they were actually infront of me, exactly where I was standing}
{and what happened next ofcourse she didn't got mad cause I said I went to the washroom and just returned to cut them}
welp I was just too lazy I think I broke my record of laziness there just how much lazy was I back then that I didn't even bothered to look at something that was just right infront of me?!
