At Jeon Mansion :
"Mom I don't want to go it is not my wedding then why should I go and meet them you can take hyung and go right" said the youngest member of the Jeon family in full rage as he didn't want to go to meet the Park family having no interest in this matter.
"Jungkook I am telling this for your own good, what if you like their youngest daughter we can set you both up and the Jeon family is complete...wah!" said Mrs. Jeon while imagining the full family in front of her eyes.
"And it's your hyung's engagement meeting you have to be present as it's a family matter, you get it" Mrs. Jeon said in the same tone as Jungkook.
Jungkook sighed in defeat and sat down on the sofa with his arms crossed over his chest with a pout on his face. He had just come from the office and his mom again started with the wedding matter.
"Mom aren't you getting too much excited" he said while looking at his mom for a good reason.
"Wah! Look at you little bart, here I am getting excited that my eldest son is finally getting married the moment I have been waiting for my whole life, this is a moment every mother waits for and you are ruining it kook" she said as Jungkook seemed to be now crossing the limits for her.
"Oh Oh am I disturbing the sweet little P.E.A.C.E.F.U.L. time between you two" said the eldest son while entering the mansion.
"Hyunggggg how can you do this to me" Jungkook said to the person who came in between their argument. Jungwoo has come from the office so that he can get ready for the family meeting with the Parks but it didn't seem he could get ready by the way Jungkook was complaining.
"Aww, my poor kookie what happened" said Jungwoo while putting his hand on Jungkook's shoulder. Jungwoo loved his brother more than himself and could do anything to make him happy. And Jungkook knew his brother's love towards him but never misused him.
"Hyung I don't want to go to the family meeting and mom is forcing me to go, tell her hyung" Jungkook said while whining like a baby. "Omg look at you never listening to me I am not respected at all Ahhh!" Mrs. Jeon said while wiping her fake tears.
"Omg kookie look what have you done you made mom cry" his hyung said but he ignored it.
"Omg Jungkook you won't come to your hyungs engagement meeting, you are making me disappointed you are my family member and I want you to be involved in it too" Jungwoo said trying to convince the upset bunny.
"But hyun--" Jungkook got cut when Jungwoo asked him straightly.
"Will you come or not ?" Now Jungwoo was serious and Jungkook understood that now being stubborn would not help and he should stop his childish act so he flashed his bunny smile and said:
"Ok hyung if you say so then I will come".
These words by Jungkook made Mrs. Jeon so damn happy that she started shouting and went to give a phone call to Mr. Jeon that Jungkook is coming at last. Aish.
At Park Mansion :
Here also the story was the same but a little different.
"Mom the meeting can be done without me also right it is not that I am so important that you can't do the meeting without me" said the youngest Park as her mom was asking her to skip her 3rd last day in university.
Y/N has just graduated in business management and has to attend her university for 3 more days so that she can fill her responsibility for being a senior and she and her friends can teach their juniors good values and spend time with them.
"Y/N is going to university more important than your sister's engagement meeting, huh tell me ?" Questioned the smart girl's mother.
"Yes, she said,
"What???" Mrs. Park said in shock.
"I mean NO, No not at all, nothing is more important then unnie."
she replied immediately as her tongue slipped before.
"Aish for a minute I thought I didn't raise you well" Mrs. Park said with a sigh of relief.
"What is happening in the great kitchen of our house" said
Mr. Park while coming inside the kitchen.
"Your amazingly dumb trying to act smart daughter does not want to come for her unnie's engagement meeting with the JEONS" said Mrs. Park with disappointment.
"Oh god again this same topic, from the time I have woke up I am hearing you two argue about the same thing, Y/N why don't you come you are part of the family so you should come" Mr. Park said to Y/N trying to remain calm so he can explain her without losing his cool. It is true that parents are tolerant but even they can lose their cool while explaining to their stubborn kids.
"But dad I have only 3 days I can spend at my university and I don't want to miss this chance to spend time with my mates" Y/N said with a pout.
"Darling it's just a day, come on for you unnie" Mrs. Park said giving a last try.
"Ok, only for unnie or else I wouldn't come...fine !" She said as she loves her unnie a lot because her unnie is very important to her in her life.
"Ah I had almost lost hope but you agree my lovely daughter, now go and get ready only 1 hour you have...then they will be here anytime" Mrs. Park said while packing up the work in the kitchen she started as the maids were busy cleaning the house.
Time skips at the Family meeting :
A/N POV :
The Jeon family arrived at the Parks Mansion.
Jungwoo and Jungkook were dressed formally in a good elegant suit which same went for Mr. Jeon and Mrs. Jeon dressed in a Blue gown which reached her feet.
"Ah I met Chaeyoung 2 days ago but I am already missing her, let's go and meet her" Mrs. Jeon said in full excitement.
"Mom have you met Y/N yet" Jungwoo inquired as Y/N spent all her time in university.
"No I couldn't meet her in person but Mrs. Park showed me a picture of her and I was stunned of how beautiful she is, like these two Park sisters are a full package of beauty..." Mrs. Jeon stated.
"I know right one of the girls is coming to our house but it would really good if the youngest also came to our house as the bride of Jungkook haha" Mr. Jeon said which teasing Jungkook.
But Jungkook who has made a full plan of ignoring everyone today and not paying interest at all, ignored his dad's teasing.
The Jeons reached the gate of the Park Mansion and that is when Mrs. Park who was in the balcony saw them entering and immediately went down to receive them.
"Oh my Mr. and Mrs. Jeon why didn't you call me we would have come to receive you" said Mrs. Park while giving a hug to Mrs. Jeon.
"Yeah btw it's our honour to have you here" said Mr. Park while giving a hug to Mr. Jeon.
Mr. and Mrs. Park hugged Jungwoo and then went to Jungkook.
"This gentleman over here must be Jeon Jungkook I guess" said Mr. Park already knowing that he is Jungkook but wanted to confirm it.
"Yes Mr. Park he is my younger brother Jungkook" said Jungwoo while introducing Jungkook.
"It is a pleasure meeting you Mr. Park" said Jungkook politely bowing down in front of him.
"Ah I see but you can call me dad from now on Jungwoo and I would prefer to be called uncle from you Jungkook and don't be formal now come on in all of you guys they are waiting in" Mr. Park said while entering in the Mansion.
When all the members entered the hall room of the mansion Mrs. Park excused herself so that she could bring the bride to be. This meeting was done to officially ask Cheayoung's hand for Jungwoo and wearing the official engagement ring.
The Jeons and Mr. Park settled down on the sofas in the living room and that is when Mrs. Park came down with Chaeyoung, Mrs. Park was wearing a red gown which reached till her feet and Chaeyoung was wearing a pink coloured dress which reached her knees.
Jungkook's POV :
When I saw Mrs. Park and Cheayoung noona come down I whispered to hyung.
"WAH! She really is beautiful huh.." I said teasing him.
"Yah you little keep your eyes off my girl" he whispered back raging on me.
I chucked in return, by that time Mrs. Park was now down with Chaeyoung noona and mom told her to sit with hyung so I and noona exchanged bows and I moved to another sofa so she could sit with hyung.
Noona and hyung made eye contact and flashed smiles to each other and then they intertwined their hands and sat down. I smiled to see my hyung happy, that is when Mrs. Park asked noona,
"Chaeyoung ah where is Y/N ?"
Noona replied by telling her that she was on call and then we continued talking until we heard honey like a sweet voice from behind.
"I am sorry I am late, thank you for waiting for me"
I turned around and my eyes got widened why I saw...
