Hi, I am lia a 19 year old High schooler . My life is not easy from the day I was born till to now and in future also I guess.
The day I was born my dad said to my mom
Why you give birth to this girl . I and our family wants a boy. Who could inherit our family's pride and joy but you didn't fullfill our wish of a son. Why this happen with me only .
Mom said why are you telling like this girls are also strong and courageous like boys you should not discriminate .I am also a woman who is now taking care of your family and you.I would teach my daughter .What? you are not gona teach her and what would she became even if she study .She would be getting married in the end dad said.
And this did not end there it was just starting
After 10 years
My grandmother said to my mother See daughter in law you have a son don't shout on him he is a young boy.And this girl you should teach her how to do house work and stuff .Afterall she would be married one day I don't want her mother in law to say that you did not taught her nothing.Teach her.
And what kind of dress she had wore from now on no jeans , no shorts, no short skirts or dresses she is a grown up girl. But mom.No but make her follow what I said .

I passed all the exams and my mom is happy now I am in a university far from my house .My brother failed his exams so he have to study a lot.
My message through the story is that girls are strong and courageous like boys so please don't hesitate to teach them
