Do you mean all anime at the same time? Because if that were the case, as cool as it would be, the world would be in utter chaos.
Starting with the realistic side of things: The amount of buildings and casualties that happen in main stream anime (one piece, DBZ, etc.) would just be too much to handle. Plus, with all the repairs we'd have to make, I'm sure many countries would go into major debt.
Not only that but strange creatures (Pokemon, Monsuno, digimon, Titans, etc.) would be roaming around probably making matters even worse. And who wants to bet actually catching Pokemon and forcing them to fight eachother would be illigal?
When you think about it, no one would ever be truley safe. You'd have to be prepared for just about anything. Aliens coming down from space, a hero crashing through your house during a battle, getting sucked into an alternate universe....
So many things could go wrong.
Luckily, there's a good side to cancel out the cons!
The Pros of anime being real: first off, everyone would have a great sense of style. No need to worry about if your outfit is clashing with your hair either, because the last I checked, anime characters don't usually point that stuff out since they look equally as..interesting.
Plus, if you ever wanted to meet your favorites character it would be equivalent to meeting a celebrity.
In addition to this, about 50% of the population would be granted with powers (probably depending on where you lived). Weather it be from a Devil fruit or you managed to summon shenron and wish for them, super-human abilities would be of the norm.
But all in all if anime was real...I honestly don't know what I, or the world, would do.
