She woke up to the beautiful sound of bird chirping outside her window. She opened her eyes and was enjoying the outside view and taking in all the positive energy after a beautiful dream.
Suddenly came a flying Pillow from other corner of the room which perfectly hit her and she was brought back to earth and came a voice "wake up lazy bones you are going to be late" she screamed and ran after her brother to get her revenge.
This was pretty much every morning routing of Ariel before leaving home for work. Ariel was very innocent, pure, cute and warm at heart, she always be happy and never let her spirit down but the one thing missing in her life was adventure, thrill but today seemed different, she thought to herself today something is going to happen which will change her life.
“Hey Mom will be coming late today as going out with friends, so don’t wait for me” Ariel told her mom and left for work.
Its was half past six her phone buzzed it was group message from her friends
Mia: Hey guys where are you all, we are meeting at 1900 at XZ Club so don’t be late.
Shaun: Yeah I’m already on my way will be there on time you better don’t be late and Mia please collect Ariel ass as she is always late.
Ariel: Hey Shaun its because of this pig head Mia she takes almost 20 mints to get ready. God knows why she needs so much of makeup to put on.🧐
And hey where is Addy he is coming right?
Addy: I’m already with Shaun you girls come fast.
Ariel and Mia left work and reached Club and as always were late, so as penalty they decided bill will be paid by girls and after dinner girls will drop guys home.
Mia: Arey you kids? You asking us to drop you guys home as we came late?😠
Ariel: Yeah guys, come on don’t be such a spoil sports we are paying bill and I guess that’s enough and more over you stay in other part of city we have to travel a lot to reach back home.
Addy: We always drop you girls is just for this last time can’t you drop us we will never ask you again.
(Addy hit Shaun on shoulder) Hey men say something
Shaun: Yeah Girls you will never get this Golden opportunity again to drop this 02 Handsome Hunk. 😉
The moment Shaun spoke this word he was showered with Fries dip in tomato sauce.
Mia: Handsome Hunk my foot, have you ever checked yourself in mirror Ed and Banzai are also good looking then you. 😄
Shaun: But girls what if we never meet again and this is only the last chance we have then too you will not drop us. 🥺
Ariel: Oh God! Whats wrong with you Shaun now just stop joking around and okay will drop you guys don’t be so emotional. And Mia this is a great opportunity to drop this 2 BEAUTIFUL LADIES and can tease them till the end 😂😂
Mia: Yes yes we are definitely dropping you girls so don’t be scared 😂😂
Ariel was thinking there was something wrong with guys today as they were seem a bit odd but then again they loved to goff around so she just let it pass.
Finally They agreed and were enjoying there time together as they met after long, time flew and it was time to go home. Ariel went to bring her car and rest were waiting for her and chatting then “Hey need to drop you somewhere beauties” 😁
All turned and laughing hoped in car Shaun was sitting in front with Ariel and Mia & Addy were sitting behind. Shaun put on radio and they were chatting and listening to song and singing loudly and were having fun.
Then there was announcement on radio ‘Road DM is close as there was accident and both driver and 2 passengers were rush to ABC Hospital and were dead on arrival It seems the driver Mr. Lauren 46 yr old lost control and car was banged on road divider, the 2 passengers both 26 Yrs old were badly hurt and due to blood loss lost their life. Due to incident road is close and traffic is been diverted’
Mia: Geez, poor guys they are as old as us, feeling bad for them. Ariel you drive safely I don’t want to die with this 2 dogs.
Ariel felt weird as why didn’t this guys said anything or made fun of Mia comment. So she asked them “Guys you are alright, right? Is anything wrong? You seem bit off..”
Addy: Yes Yes we are all okay.
*Ring Ring* It was Ariel phone it was unknown caller so she answered.
She put her phone on speaker as she was driving
Someone: Is it Ms. Ariel?
Ariel: Yes, thats me
Someone: Ms. Ariel, this is Officer Hobbs we were trying to call you since long, do you know Mr. Shaun and Mr. Addy?
Ariel: Yes, they are my best friend but, whats wrong officer?
Officer Hobbs: Miss we are sorry to inform you, your friends met with an accident in evening and we are in XCV Hospital request you to please come here as soon as possible.
Ariel was too shocked after hearing the news she was not able to process it as the guys were there with them the whole evening they even had dinner together and were chatting and enjoying then what this call was about. Then she heard scream from back seat and turn to see, Mia was looking at Addy and screaming. This is when Ariel saw Shaun all covered up in blood and was looking all ghostly and she lost control of car and met with an accident.
After 3 Days
Ariel find herself in Hospital when she opened her eyes, her family was there with her she asked what happen to Mia and her friends that is when her Mom told her she met with an accident with Mia and she called her Mom to inform about it and to call for help, But Mia lost her life in an accident and guys also were no more.
But she remembered the moment her car was dashed she passed out so she didn’t made call to her mom. That’s when the reality stuck her, to save her life her friends call her mom to inform about the incident. But this day was etched in her Heart as she lost all her 3 Best Friends Forever and that before leaving the world they met her and had last meal and fun with her.
