The full moon has risen in the late night sky bringing light in the depths of the ocean. The calm waves of the ocean refelcted the moon and the blinking starlights. Not too far away from the sandy beach stood a mansion that belonged to a wealthy family. As the fire in the fireplace exhausts itself, a sudden scream by a woman could be heard throughout the mansion. The woman screamed in agony calling everyone the mansion awake. She could feel her belly ache as the baby inside her womb is about to be born. The maids helped her give birth while his worried husband awaited outside the room pacing back and forth. His wife screamed with constant panting as she tried to push. Finally the woman's screams was now replaced by a baby's cry. The husband immediately went in the room as soon as he heard a baby crying. The couple was now full of joy as they have given birth to their fisrt heir. The baby boy had stopped cying and now slept soundly in her mother's arms.
As the moon gave light under the sea, a young creature sat on a bolder, combing her white smooth silky hair. Her skin as white as the light of the full moon and her ocean blue eyes glowed in the dark sea. Her scaly tail shimmers, reflecting the moon's light. Her delicate hands stopped combing her hair when she heard a loud cry of a child. Her ears flinched on the irritating cries of the child. Annoyed, she quickly swam closer to the shore. Bringing just half of her face up to take a look at the child who sat on the sand as he cried and cried. The cry of the child just got louder and louder and she had enough of it. She swam to the shore and in a second, her scaly tail turned into human legs. She tried to stand and her legs wobbled a little. She finally found her balance and walked towards the crying child. This wasn't her first time stepping on land.
Reaching for the child to grab it's neck and twist it to stop the annoying sound it made. But as she took hold of the little child, it suddenly stopped crying. She tilted her head to see the child do the same thing.
The child just stared at the young creature's blue eyes that still glowed because of the darkness. Amused by the creature's beautiful eyes, the little child smiled and giggled. Reaching its tiny hands to touch her face.
The young creature felt the tiny hands that was on her cheeks. She felt her heart warm seeing how cute the child she was holding. She suddenly heard a woman's voice calling out. That must be the child's mother. She gently put the child back down the ground and ran to jump in the sea turning her human legs back to her beautiful tail.
The little child missed the young creature's hold and so he cries again. The woman that was looking for him, heard its loud cries so she immediately ran towards the sound. The woman sighed in relief now that she finally found his son who suddenly got lost when they were only taking a walk as her little boy couldn't sleep. The woman carried his son back to the mansion. The child stared at the calm ocean hoping to see the young creature again.
