Taeho and I are ex lovers. Our parents disapproved our love way back then that’s why we broke up, so I wonder why Taeho’s parents wants me to accompany Taeho for a day. Maybe his parents finally accept Taeho’s sexuality like my parents does.
“Jeiky... Let’s go to the amusement park.” he said and I just nodded.
It’s not that I don’t want to go there, but that place holds a lot of our memories together. I still love Taeho. I never stop loving him.
When we arrived at the amusement park, we ride all the rides we can think of. Seeing his boxy smile makes me feel as if I’m floating in cloud nine.
“We should eat. I’m hungwy.” here come’s the baby talk. My heart always flutters whenever he’s in his baby mode.
We went to a restaurant and he ordered a lot of foods as if it is his last suffer. What a glutonous tiger.
“Is it your last suffer or something?” I chuckled but I noticed how he stop but then he still continue eating his foods.
“These foods are just delicious.” he showed his boxy smile. The smile that I adore the most.
“What ride should we go next?” I asked. He grab my arm and look at my watch.
“It’s 5:26 pm. Hmm...” he looks at me “I wanna ride the ferris wheel.”
“Okay then.” man, I’m so whipped.
We ride the ferris wheel at exactly 5:30. Man, the view is so breath taking. Not to mention that Tae is also a breath taking view.
“Jeiky...” I look at him and hummed as a response “If you only have one day left here in the earth... What will you do?”
I look at the view outside. What should I do?
“Hmm... I will definetely spend it together with the one that I love.” I look at him again “Why did you ask?”
“I’m just curious.” he shrugged “If you ask me the same question I asked you... my answer is susprisingly the same as yours.” he smiled and look at the window when we reach the top.
I hear some sniffles so I look at Taeho who is currently sobbing in front of me.
“W-Why are you crying?” I frowned.
“I’m just happy.” he smiles while his eyes are still teary.
“I thought something ha---”
“Can I kiss you?” I stilled “Oh no need to answer, because I’ll still do it.”
“Then why bother asking m----mhhh”
Yes, he interrupt me with a slow passionate kiss. The kiss holds longingness and love. He pulls away and stare at me.
“Please remember me Jeiky.” he hand me a letter “Open it when I’m not around.”
I look at the letter and then look at him again for the nth time.
“What is this for?”
“I love you, Jeiky.”
“I love you too, Taeho.”
“We should get out right now.” Taeho giggles.
We went out and walk away. Me and Taeho are doung the hhww (holding hands while walking). Man, this is the happiest day of my life.
“Let’s go home.” I said earning a nod from him.
“You should go home.” I frowned again for the nth time “Well, when you went to the rest room... I asked my mom to come and pick me up here.”
“So you’re not coming with me?” he nodded.
“Taeho!” we both look towards Mrs. Kim’s direction.
“I need to go.” he run away but he stop at the middle and look at me “Goodbye Jeiky. I will always love you.” he the run again but this time he didn’t stop.
Why do I feel as if something is strange? What’s with the letter? What’s with the goodbye? What’s with this day?
