Once upon a time, there was a pair of lovers who were so in love with each other. The man, Jeremy, loved the woman, Olivia, so much that he was willing to cancel his desire to study abroad.
Their days together were so wonderful that they felt that they didn’t want to part. However, good fortune was not always with them.
One day, Olivia overheard Jeremy talking to his ex -girlfriend. His ex -girlfriend wanted to get back together with him, but he didn't agree.
His ex -girlfriend began to tarnish the image of Olivia. She said that, "She doesn't deserve to be with you."

Years passed, both have become more mature and have careers of their own. However, unexpectedly, destiny finds them again. Olivia had a new boyfriend, Matt, while Jeremy had a fiancé, Melanie.
Matt brought Olivia to meet his family and it was there that she met Jeremy, who was the fiancé of Matt’s sister, Melanie.
They hid the secret. At one point, the two were asked to do a task together. Matt arranged something for his sister’s wedding with his father, while Melanie followed her mother to choose a wedding dress.
While in the car, Jeremy vented his anger on Olivia. He accused her of being a traitor, a liar. Olivia who was driving could not contain her anger and acted the same as he did, without them realizing that Olivia was not paying attention to her driving.
When they realized that, a truck was speeding towards them, or rather towards Jeremy. Olivia, who still felt affection for Jeremy, quickly turned the steering wheel, then the truck hit her part.
Both of them were hospitalized. By the time Jeremy regained consciousness, he saw the dark surroundings with his eyes bandaged. He often asked about Olivia's condition, but no one dared to answer. A week later after his eyes recovered, he asked the same question again.
This time, Melanie couldn't keep the secret anymore, but told him.
Jeremy was actually confirmed blind because his eyes were hit by car windshield fragments, however his vision would recover if someone wanted to donate an eye to him.
Olivia, who was dying at the time, overheard the doctor talking to their family members. Before she died, she instructed the doctor that she would like her eyes donated to Jeremy. Olivia died due to excessive blood loss.
After hearing it all, Jeremy cried and remembered their quarrel before the accident happened. Olivia told all the things that made her leave Jeremy in the past.
Then, Jeremy said "Olivia, if you only knew what I was saying at the time."
What he whispered at the time was "You're right, because she's more than worthy of me and she's so much better than a slut like you."
