Life is love and love is life,
Can't complete one without the other.
Strange it sounds but true it stands.
But love is possible even between,
Two of the same sex.
Feelings of two friends of sex the same,
May turn to love, when realised.
Hard to confess but hard to hide.
Afraid of society? Afraid of the world? Afraid of your family turning around?
Yes, since the peoples’ minds aren't wide.
Harsh it is but true as well.
But what matters more,
The feeling of Love or the Sex of the two?
Rejection of your Love or the rejection of your family? What hurts more?
The latter I say.
Rejection of love is occasional, when the one
Receiving your love is undeserving.
You overcome it soon, but can you
Overcome the rejection of the ones you lived
Since you were born?
The world has changed, but have people?
Truths are new, accept it, if you want
Reject it, if you don’t but remember
While the first gives you joy, the second
Gives you pain
Truth tastes a little bitter only to
Make life taste a little more sweeter.
