Everyone must have something that they regret. Some regret not doing what they wanted to do and some regret doing what they wanted to do. But no matter how much that person regrets what they did nothing is going to change since we are not able to change the past. So even though you have regrets it is better to pay more attention to the present and try your best to avoid doing things that you might regret in the future. If you continue to regret and stay in the past you might accidentally do something that you will regret in the future.
