Grey is standing outside the balcony while looking at the oranged leaves falling because it's already autumn. But his peaceful time in balcony have been disturb by the annoying—so annoying jerk he met.
"Grey-chan!" A familiar voice shouted outside his dorm. Grey shut his eyes and took a deep breath to calm himself down.
"Just ignore him, he'll get tired eventually" he told himself and just ignore the person who keep knocking at his door while shouting his name.
"Grey-chan!"
"Grey-chan, open the door!"
But minutes later, Sky, the guy who keep shouting his name didn't stop. Instead, he knock so hard ang shouted even more.
"Damn that annoying bug!"
Grey strom towards the door. He open the door and frown while looking at Sky. But Sky is smiling ear to ear because Grey open the door, not minding how Grey glare at him.
"Grey-chan!" He said with glee.
"What now?" Grey asked, obviously controlling his anger.
"Come with me to the mall! Let's buy your brother a birthday present!"
Grey softened his expression. He forgot about his brother's birthday because of many school works. If not because of Sky he might not have greeted his brother. His brother might get mad at him, he don't want that.
"How did you know my brother's birthday?" Grey asked.
"I told you that I like you.. And I will do everything for you to like me back."
Grey look at Sky amusingly. He doesn't know why he feel weird hearing those words from Sky this time. Sky always brag how he liked him and he just get annoyed before. But now.. He feel different..
He feel happy.. which is so unusual for him.
"Tsk. Stop kidding around." He said, ignoring the weird feeling inside him.
"What? I am not, Grey-chan! I'm serious!"
"J-just.. just go! Wait for me, I'll change my clothes"
"You look okay, let's go"
Grey stop. 'Right, I never thought of my clothes before, I just wear what I want. What is happening to me now?' he thought.
'This is bad' he thought.
"Okay, let's go."
They went to the mall and buy some presents for Grey's younger brother. When Grey is waiting at the counter, Sky excuse himself, he said he have things to buy.
"I'll wait you outside, Grey-chan"
"Okay" Sky answer and smiled at Grey so sweet. Grey was amused with his smile. He don't know why he felt different today. He don't know why he notice everything on Sky. While before he doesn't care about it. What did change? Or, when did it change?
Grey is already done paying what they bought, when he reach the exit, his eyes automatically find Sky but even his shadow he don't see it. Grey frown.
"Where is he?" he asked himself.
He was about to take a step to find Sky but his eyes caught something. He saw Sky talking to a guy. Sky is smiling so wide like he is having some fun. Grey felt his anger starting to boil. And he doesn't know why he is getting angry. Sky is just talking to a guy, they are not doing something weird. And, why does he care? He doesn't like him afterall.
What happened now?
"Damn! Do I like him!?" He asked himself.
"Fuck!"
He rushed towards Sky and pull him away the guy. 'I don't know what I am doing. Do I really like? Am I jealous? Fuck! Yes I am!' He said to himself.
"Aw—Ow, Grey-chan?" Sky said.
"You keep telling me that you like me but you're flirting with other guy? Are you playing with me?" Grey said, pissed.
"What? N-no. What are you saying Grey-chan"
"Don't act innocent. Who is he?"
They look at the guy Sky is talking to. Sky creased his forehead. But later on, he bite his lips to suppress the smiled forming in his lips.
"Wait. Are you jealous, Grey-chan?"
Grey froze, he doesn't know what to say. Yes, he jealous but he will never admit that. Never.
"Grey-chan?" Sky called him while he is smirking.
Still, Grey didn't say anything. Sky pouted. "Well, I know that you don't like me Grey-chan. Maybe you're not jealous, you just hate to see me with other boys because it will hit your ego. I really like you Grey-chan but I can't chase you forever, I can also be tired."
"W-what are you saying?"
"I think.. I need to find—"
"Shut the fuck up! Damn! Yes! I'm fucking jealous like hell! I like dammit! I like you Sky!" Grey is gasping for air because he shouted that straightly without taking a rest and breath.
Sky is so surprised that the words are slowly processing inside his head. "H-he.. he like me?"
Grey blushed after realizing what he just said. He look at Sky who is mumbling words that he don't understand. He then look around and found out that people are watching them. Out of embarrassment, Grey walk away, leaving Sky.
Sky came back to his senses when Grey walk away. "Grey-chan!" He shouted but Grey didn't look away.
"Grey-chan wait for me! I want to hear what you said again! Did I hear them right? Grey-chan!"
Sky followed Grey until they reach the parking lot. Sky hold Grey's hand to stop him from walking.
"Grey-chan, I'm asking you. Did I hear you right?" Sky asked seriously.
"Yeah! I like you! I like you! Damn! I like you—"
Grey stop talking when Sky pull him closer, giving him a soft kiss. He widened his eyes in surprised. His heart also started beating so fast that he felt like he was lacking of oxygen.
Minutes later, Sky move away with a sweet smile. "We're in a trouble I don't like you, Grey-chan—"
Grey felt his heart broke and his anger raise again. "What—"
"I love you, Grey-chan" Sky said making Grey froze again.
His heart felt happy, the happiness cannot be explained. He just feel so happy like he was in the cloud nine. He is so happy. He just wished that this day will never end.
Grey smiled and pull Sky, He kissed him thoroughly and wild.
"I love you Grey-chan" Sky said when the kissed is done and both of them are gasping for air.
Grey smiled and kissed Sky forehead. "I love you too"
They spend minutes, hours, days, months and years happily. It feels like no one can destroy their relationship because it was so hard. They hold each other so tight and no one ever dare to let go. They are so happy.
"I love you Grey-chan."
"I love you too"
"Promise me that you'll never leave. I don't know how to live without you."
Grey smiled at Sky and kissed his forehead before hugging him so tight.
"Don't worry Baby, I will never leave. I will stay"
Sky hold that promise. He trusted Grey. Everything went well. They are happy, Grey did what he promised.
But like what they say... Everything had it's end. Nothing last forever.
And if the destiny is our enemy, there's nothing we can fight. Because we can't change our destiny. We can't change what God planned to us.
Sky is standing infront of a square- concrete, where his name is written. Holding a flower and a ring, Sky sat infront and hold his name. He smile sadly.
"How are you?" He asked.
"Are you already tired waiting for me? Just a little bit more baby, okay? Just a little bit more." He said weakly.
He put down the flower and the ring. "You said you will stay, Grey-chan" His voice broke. Tears start to fall in his eyes. He cover his lips and cried so hard.
"Why does the destiny playing with us? We are so happy. Why... Why did He take you."
"Please... I want to be with him again. I'm suffering from cancer and I have only months to live. Please.. Please God.. Just one more time. One more time.. I want to be with him again. I want to see him again, I want to be with again."
"I want to spend the rest of my life with him in the next life"
