well she happened to be in that situation too..
therapist: hello! how are you feeling today.
Her: same as yesterday....
therapist:Hmm, what's troubling your inner peace, Can you tell me about it?
Her: I can't ..... I just can't.... I just can't recognise my feelings..... I feel like something has disbursed my inner self so much that I just can't recognise it....
therapist:Hmm, let's not stress your mind right now.
Do remember anything about your childhood, like do you remember any happy things or tragic thing about your childhood.
Her: I have some dark spot in my memory.... I just can't remember... It's like mind has deleted that memory forever....
Therapist: Hmm, You should express emotions, that will help you bring back ur inner self and peace...
Her: I just feel like if I express any emotions.... it shows me as a weakling in the society....
therapist: You aren't a Robot, You got to express your feelings.... it doesn't make you weakling, do you want to take rest for a while?
Her: *nods* *Lays in the couch beside her*
