In the silent boutique, Jungkook finally released his hold on Taehyung, tension still sharp in his eyes.
Taehyung yanked off the veil with a huff. “Well, that was dramatic. Next time you kidnap someone, at least buy them coffee first.”
Jungkook glared. “You think this is funny? Those men were seconds from killing you.”
Taehyung smirked. “And yet, here I am. Stunning and alive.”
Jungkook’s expression tightened. “I need a place to stay. Three or four days. Until my men arrive.”
Taehyung blinked. “So you’re dangerous and temporarily homeless. Nice.”
Before Jungkook could retort, Taehyung leaned in, grin wicked. “You know… you’d make a decent groom.”
Jungkook froze. “What?”
“Marry me,” Taehyung said cheerfully.
Jungkook stared. “Are you insane?”
