Li Chengjue sets out to the village of Cangwu to fulfil his mother's last wish. "Find what we lost". Li Chengjue holds a Gold Dragon Jade created by Emperor Dayu, the founder of Dayu Dynasty, Empire 800 years ago. A White Phoenix Jade was also created by Emperor Dayu making the Twin Imperial Seal a proof that the Heavens has given the Mandate. Without both Jades, the empire bleeds. Li Chengjue must find the other half of the Imperial Seal before Mo Xuanye does assuming full power. In his quest, he encounters an abomination that stays secret in the palace.

Dayu is crumbling each passing day, Mo Xuanye is doing everything in his power to paint Li Chengjue black and depose him. Could Li Chengjue find the Phoenix Jade in time before Dayu burns?
