In that old mansion which is decades old, during that time people used to do experiments in that mansion but for cover, that mansion was a hospital for mentally ill people who had no one to take care of them and also beggars who were welcomed in one and only one place. But the experiments they did were horrible, but as they would summon evil spirits and let them possess the body of mentally ill people and beggars.
