Jimin Fletcher, a Korean-born FBI agent, leads the elite task force investigating a series of heinous serial killer murders in the United States. Detective Kim Taehyung, a seasoned and ambitious Korean law enforcement officer visiting the US to collaborate on a case, is summoned to the same crime scene.
