Depression/Anxiety.

I had depression for 6-7 years.
I'm too scared to talk to my parents about it because they will say it's because of my phone.
I'm too scared to go to a therapist, too scared to take those pills for depression, I'm scared to even talk about it.
Once
My dad noticed something but I told him I was alright.
I regret that so much.
I was just scared to even cry in front of them.
I just feel empty, I feel unhappy, I feel sad, I feel scared. I don't know why I'm telling this but I just felt like I needed to write about it.
To all people that are depressed, make sure you call some help or talk about it to someone close.
