In this first volume, a person gets picked up by a Time Baron, and gets sent to a area dimension called Gallifrey. She learns upon being a Time Baron, and makes sure to do a great work.
Moreover, she gets put into an adventure to go against the force of a being called Count Parallax, a Time Baron who had done a lousy tenure as a official. Doctor Who, whom she becomes, also comes across losing her current life, and in turn...comes across being able to have a new one.
