Moonlight

This manga is about the “top secret agency” (tsa) originally saying that they should build a colony on the moon so they can see if they can see aliens and start a war on the moon and protect the earth then go back to earth.Almost everyone on earth liked the idea , but not Emma Spencerson wasn’t that crazy about the idea because she predicted that 20 years into the colonization, that the moon would be abducted then blown into orbit and the only way to prevent that from happening was if we all stayed on earth. But no one listened to her.
