Christopher Hope’s father was one of the most famous baseball players in the world, but during his most important game he hurt his shoulder. He hid the injury and they still won, but the injury stopped him from being able to play after a couple of games. Christopher was born with what was known as the Baseball Eye. He could come up with the best strategies, had amazing ball control, and even more. He quickly became known as a baseball prodigy and most believed he would one day surpass his father, but on the way to his last middle school game he was in a car accident that left him with two paralyzed legs. After that, even though baseball was the thing he loved most, he stopped getting involved with the game. Eventually his name was forgotten, but what happens when after transferring to a different high school someone recognizes him? Will baseball call him back? Or will Christopher live with abandoning his dream forever.
