Alex is a skateboarding, book worm with few friends. She comes off as intimidating and that scares off most, but that’s the way she likes it. Or at least that’s what she wants people to believe about her.
It’s the beginning of Alex’s Junior year of high school and she gets a surprise from her parents. Not one that she’s going to enjoy, mind you.
Foster kid, Falcon West , has been in and out of peoples homes since he was eight months old. He lived in orphanages all over the place, he lived with good and bad foster parents. Beaten and neglected and unloved his entire life, he doesn’t know how to react to Alex’s abrupt and kind decision to foster him. He doesn’t know to trust them, or hate them.
Alex and Falcon meet, and despite their hatred for one another, they both feel a pull. An undeniable attraction.
