Jungkook shrugged. "Nothing." Then in an undertone he added, "just my beautiful boyfriend standing under the mistletoe." I cringed and laughed uneasily. "Oh, really?" Jungkook nodded and stepped closer, looking me straight in the eye the whole time. When he was close enough that I could smell his cologne and he could reach out and grab my hand if he wanted to, I looked down at my bare feet, gritting my teeth and knowing I could get away with being shy once but not twice. I might be able to make it now, if no one watched us.
But I moved too slow. Before I could catch a chance to say no, Jungkook had put his hand on my waist and looked down into my eyes as if asking permission. I didn't know what to do; I licked my dry lips in confusion. This was the wrong move..
