Villain’s Love – Episode 1: The First Encounter

The city of Alveron feared only one name—Damien Cross.
A man wrapped in darkness, he was known as the ruthless mastermind who controlled the underworld. People whispered his name in fear, yet no one really knew the scars behind his cold eyes.

One rainy night, Damien was escaping from an ambush. Wounded, he stumbled into a small bookshop at the edge of the city. The bell above the door rang softly.

Inside, Elena Carter, the shop’s quiet owner, looked up from her desk. Her eyes widened at the sight of him—tall, dangerous, blood on his sleeve.
“You’re hurt,” she whispered.

“Stay away,” Damien warned, his voice sharp. But Elena didn’t step back. Instead, she reached for a cloth and said,
“If I let you bleed here, I’ll be the monster. Not you.”

For the first time in years, Damien felt something unfamiliar—kindness.
