My first period…

Dear diary,

So today I had my first period! As if having a maths exam isn’t bad enough. I stayed up all night studying for my maths exam, which was also the last. So, I was happy as it was the last day of our exams but stressed as well. Our exam was for 3 hours. I kept writing and writing for 2.5 hours continuously without a break until I completed my exam. After 1 hour of when the exam began, my stomach started aching. I ignored it thinking that it may be because I pulled an all-nighter and thus I may have acidity. Then, I suddenly started feeling wet. But, I ignored it and focused on my paper once again. After the exam ended, I went to the washroom and holy cr*p! There it was\~ my first period. I borrowed a pad from someone and applied it. My stomach was aching a lot so I went home and used a hot water bag. I changed my uniform and discovered a big stain on my panty and tights which I wore under my skirt. Then, I washed my clothes until the stain came out and fell asleep. This was certainly not what I expected when I wondered about my periods. I was a late bloomer and was quite teased about it in school. So, finally having my period was something I was excited about but this turned out to be hell. F*ck, why did I wish to have my period soon in yeh first place? But thank god my exams were over so I could rest without any worry.
