You heard your name being called from a far distance, echoing through the big fancy halls, with the straight red cooton carpet, hugging the sparkling clean marble floor . The windows being so long with a dangling curtain attached.

Everything was so extravagant. You've been lucky to have a job at such fine place. It was your first time being here. You just wanted to examine everything with your widened eyes.

You just wanted to look at everything before you turn to the person who was yelling your name.

"Y/n!"

You finally twisted your head towards the loud echoed yelling to see who ruined your moment.

It was your coworker/friend, Yuna . She was running towards you, out of breath right when she reached to her destination.

You sighed heavily. You really didn't want to deal with her at the moment.

"What?" You replied harshly, hinting you were bothered.

"Your shifts start at 6 pm. You need to do room service. " She says while trying to catch her breath

You groan

You pull your phone out of your pocket from you trousers. You opened your phone and saw its was 1:47 pm. You were bothered at the fact that she came to tell you at an early time, a time where you were busy exploring and experiencing the atmosphere and looking at everything.

"Why are you telling me so early?" You sighed

"Our manager told me to. Not my fault.".

You calmed down Getting pulled to reality. You were now worried.

"What is rook service? Do I do it alone? Where do I go? How do I do it? What do I say?"

" Calm down y/n. You'll be fine. Room service is where you'll bring dinner for all the guest staying here. There are people doing specific floors. So you might be doing it alone. You'll be having a trolley, where the food is placed on. All the dishes are labeled to with the door number. You'll just make small talk. Just ask someone else who is doing room service. You'll get the rest of the details from our manager.

You were trying to comprehend and remember everything that Yuna said. But, you couldn't, you were just to nervous.

You gulped

"W-what are you going to do?"

"I'll be a receptionist. So much hard work to be honest. But your job might be more..um..."

You tilted your head to indicate that she should just spit it out.

"Um...you'll find out"

She gave you a soft smile

As eager as you were to know what she meant,you let it slide.

"Hey, don't worry y/n. You'll be fine" " I hope.." she mumbled

She placed her arm around you,hoping to calm you down. And it did.

" Thanks Yuna, I'm glad you're here with me "

" Of course Y/n. We're friends."
