Forgotten love

Author POV:There were 2 childhood friends(Ivy and Devan) who were so close dearly to eachother.They grow up together,did everything together.When the girl turned 11 she realised she had grown feelings for the boy.But sadly the boy and his Family had to move across the country.Dumbfounded they couldn't do anything.

*6 Years later*

IVY POV:

6 years has passed since I last saw Devan,I wonder how he is doing?Since he left I really got depressed,I changed a lot.I mostly cause trouble at school,but my parents didn't care that much at all.

I just got back from school.When I got home,I was surprised to see an unfamiliar car parked outside the house.It was very strange,considering that my parents are mostly busy with work and don't really have friends.

I opened the door and came in,without looking at who my parents were talking to.

Ivy:"Good Afternoon Mother,Father."

I went up the stairs,and was about to go to my room when suddenly I bumped into someone.I looked up and saw Devan.

Ivy:"D-Devan?"

He smiled and hugged me tight.Tears started to fall from my eyes.

DEVAN POV:

After 6 years,I finally saw Ivy again.She looks...different?She used to be a cheerful little girl,...but now she turned more or less like a boyish type of girl.But either ways,her attitude didn't change.Shes still the little princess that I loved.

Ivy:"Why are you here?I thought you left me?Where have you been all this years?Why did you have to leave me?!"

I gently lifted her face up.Shes...CRYING?I hugged her one more time and even tighter this time.

Devan:"I'm sorry princess.Dad wanted to move there because of his work.I didn't want to go,but don't worry.I here now.Stop crying now,my little sunshine."

I kissed her.Her lips where so soft,I didn't want to end it but suddenly...

???:"Devan Mark Flores?!"

Ivy broke our kiss and we both looked at who was calling me.

Devan:"Yes dad?"

Devans Dad:"What are you doing?!Your already arranged marriage to someone else."

When dad said those words,I immediately looked at Ivy.I can tell she was surprised.She took a step back and faked a smile.

Ivy:"Congratulations Devan.Im so happy for you.If you'll excuse me,I'll go to my room."

She went inside her room...I looked at dad

Devan:"Dad?!What was that for?I told you I love Ivy..."

Devans Dad:"This is goanna ruin our reputation."

Devan:"I still love her,please give her a chance."

Devans dad:"Alright then.Ill give her a chance,but on one condition...If your relationship doesn't work...Your marrying Celesia."

Devan:"Fine"

IVY POV:

I heard Devan and his dad talking.I guess he does love me.At that very moment the door opened revealing Devan.

Devan:"Ivy,I can expla-"

I didn't let him finish I hugged him tightly.

We started dating and eventually I moved in with Devan and his Family.His mom was super glad to find out that me and Devan were dating,everyone was when they found out.Everyone that is,Devans dad was still unhappy with me and Devans relationship. 3 days after I moved in with Devan...Something bad happened...
