“What is going on here, why are my stuff all out in the hall?. Susan, please explain what is going on here.” said Lily

“it-it was…” Susan stuttered.

“ It was me that ordered the poor wretched maid to take out all your stuff. She put up quite an argument but the right bargain made her do what I asked.” said Agnes.

“ aunt agnes, what is all this is this a joke, your brother just died we should be planning his funeral.” said Lily

“ says the one who was singing and pole dancing. It is all over the internet.” Agnes said.

“ I did that for a good reason.” Lily said

“Lily dear, this is not a joke, I am kicking you out of the house.” agnes said

“ what!” Lily replied

“ Your parents are dead, which means I and my daughter get everything, since your parents didn’t Leave any will,” said agnes.

“ Agnes, I think you are crazy, as their child…” said Lily.

Agnes scoffs “ their child.” Agnes laughs. “ Wait, you think you're their child. You're not even legally adopted.”

“What!How can you say that.” said Lily

“I have no time to repeat myself, but since you're eager to listen to more interesting facts let me tell you, since I'm the only relative of your parents that is still alive and your parents did not… i mean you're not even their child so i shouldn’t say your parents. So my brother and his wife did not write any will. Everything goes to me, including this house and the company, so get out of my house.” said agnes

“ but it is late at night. You can’t expect me to leave now.”said Lily

“ Yes, I want you to leave my house now, and take that wretched car you got as a present. I don’t want bad luck around this house.” said agnes.

Susan helped Lily pack her stuff into the car.

“ Thanks Susan, i will miss you” said Lily as she hugged Susan then entered her car. Jane watched all this form the window in her room and she had a smirk on her face.

{ at the detectives house}

The detective sat on his bed remembering what happened later that day. He remembered the exact incantations the old lady used on him and what it had done to him. He pulled out his laptop from the drawer nearby and searched for the words the old lady used in her incantation he translated “ I curse you to see your worst fears”, he found out it was a language used for spells by the satanic witches. He thought to himself “ I thought witches aren’t real.”

He gets from his bed into his closet and drags out an evidence board he writes the incantation and the translation on a paper and pastes it on the evidence board he then thought “ how is it that the curse broke as soon as Lily touched me, is she one of them. Why would the old lady want to poison Lily.” he wrote those questions on the evidence board. He then sat down back on the bed trying to figure out what to add next to the evidence board. He then thought of something else “ if the power was out, how could the restaurant have prepared the food without any power or backup generator, maybe they used a gas cooker.” he stares at the evidence board confused.

{in Lily’s car}

After Lily's aunt Agnes kicked her out of the house, she drove to the parking lot under a lamp pole and decided to sleep there inside her car. A few hours later she opened her eyes only to find three people standing in front of her car window, two girls and a boy, they all looked like they were around Lily’s age except for one thing they had colored hair the boy had sky blue hair, one of the girls had purple hair and the other girl had white hair. Lily said “ what are the three of you doing in front of my car by this time,” she looked at her phone. It is freaking 3:am in the morning. And who are you guys”

The girl with the white hair then said “ my name is Gina and this is, Brina and Walt.”

“And what are you doing in front of my car?” Lily said

Brina said “ we are witches from…” Walt nudged her to keep quiet with his elbow and then said. “ our… umm home just..” gina continued and said “ our home just burned down and we are looking for somewhere to stay.”

Lily looked at them confused. And said “ So how does standing in front of my car help?”

Brina looked at Gina and Walt and then turned back to Lily “ we would Like to stay in your car, until we find a new home. And I also hope we all could become friends, you will tell me about that square glowing box you were poking to check the time...”

“You mean a phone.” Lily said in confusion.

“ Yes, a phone, then we will tell you who you really are, your real parents...” Brina said gleefully. Walt put his palm to his face and slowly shook his head in disappointment, Gina frowned and took a deep breath. Brina, realizing what she said, put her hands over her mouth and said “ I said too much didn’t i?”

Lily said “ Wait, what do you know about my actual parents...”

Gina whispers to Walt and Brina “ we can’t tell if she is the right person or not.” “So we can’t just blurt out everything to strangers,” said Gina as she looked at Brina.

Walt whispers back and says “well use it.” Gina whispered loudly “ use what.”

Lily slowly drifting back to sleep and said “I have had enough of your weird conversation, you could continue later just get in the car and let me at least catch some sleep.”

Gina, Walt and Brian all entered the car and went to sleep.

{ 8:00am in Lily’s car}

“ okay, whose feet is on my face.” said Lily

“ sorry” said Brina as she sweeps her purple hair off her face.

Lily picks up her phone “ look at the time. You guys should be leaving.”

Walt said “ we have no place to stay, we told you last night that there was an earthquake…”

“Earthquake, I thought you said your house burnt down.look i have nowhere to go either” Lily said. Lily thought for a while “ but I think I know someone that can help us So put on you seat belt”

Brina says “ what is a seat belt?” Lily looked surprised.

“ you don’t know what a seat belt is, have you ever been in a car before?” said Lily

Gina said “no.”

Lily shows them how to wear a seatbelt, “ So where are you guys from?”

Walt said “ we are from the ma…”

Gina covers walts mouth and pulls out a map of the earth and points at a spot and whispers “ let us say we are from here, it will be less suspicious.” Walt nodded. Gina said “ we are from antarctica.”

Lily Laughs hysterically “ Antarctica, no one Lives in Antarctica, oh God you guys are weird. Maybe later you will tell me where you're really from.”

Lily locked all the doors. Brina asked, “ What is that clicking sound?”

“ I just locked the cars.” Lily said.

“Why did you lock the car?” Walt said.

“ because this is the most dangerous part of Crystal city.”

Lily stops in front of a huge house and then she comes out of the car then rings the doorbell a small voice then says “what is the password.” Lily sighs then said “ three little dancing monkeys, one named lily, one named kayla and the last one sonia”

The small voice said it was correct and the garage opened. Lily entered her car and drove into the garage.

{ a few minutes later}

“ why are the stairs so long” Brina says

“ don’t worry, we are almost there. We could have used the elevator downstairs but there is someone that I am avoiding there.”

“ There was an elevator? And we walked up here for no reason. I am going back down to use the elevator.”

Brina rushes back down.

Lily tells Gina and Walt who were sitting on the stairs from tiredness. “ You know when I said we were almost there I meant we were three steps away from the door. I will go get Brina.”

{ 1 hour later}

“ what took you so long” Gina said

“ Someone kept on holding us back.” Lily said as she looked directly at Brina.

{inside the house }

“Lily is that you” kayla said

“ yep it’s me” Lily said

Kayla tells one of her maids “ tell my two husbands and daughter to wait for me. I am meeting an old friend.”

Kayla Pours a drink for Lily. “ What brought you here and did you get the present I sent you for your birthday?”

“ If you mean see-through underwear, I got it. I came here looking for some money and a house.” Lily said

“ I know how hard it is that your parents died. Then getting kicked out of the house because you are not related to the family.” kayla said

“ Wait, how do you know my parents died and I was kicked out.”

“Lily, the funeral was yesterday night, the same day they died. That’s when Agnes announced the news. And Lily, you are all over the internet.”

“ What do you mean?” Lily said. kayla gives Lily her phone

“ Lily gone rogue?Someone posted a video of me pole dancing. one of the comments says “you were a role model for my daughter.” i didn’t know i was a role model at all”

“Lily please, you graduated early, you ran a company at a young age, of course you're every kid's role model. You had parents who cared for you, my mafian parents Left me, I had no one to take care of me. You are my role model.” Kayla said.

“ First, that dancing on the pole thing was a distraction so the detective can go into a guarded room. And second, are you helping me or not.”

“ I will see what i can do, i will call you as soon as I find something.”

{blues manor}

Agnes said “ I had this place redesigned this house to fit for a club except for the upstairs where the rooms are, I am making you the manager, hire bartenders and stuff like that. You can make this place anyhow you see fit, but 30% of what you earn goes to me. Do you understand james.”

“ Yes, I do understand, but do you know where Lily is?” james said

“ I don't know and I don't care.” agnes said

{in Lily’s car}

“ That conversation with Kayla was weird, you humans are weird in expressing emotions.” Said Brina

“ Brina we are all humans.” said Lily

Brina said “ but I am not…” Gina does a zipping mouth sign.

Lily said “ you are not what?”

Walt then said “ I think she meant she is not going to sleep in a car today.”

“ don’t worry, I know a really good campsite in the woods.”

{ at the campsite}

All of them sat around the fire and Lily said “ so where are you guys really from.”

Gina said“ we are from…”

“ Enough, I am tired of hiding. I trust Lily. We are from the magic dimension. And we came here looking for you. The entire universe is in trouble.” Said Brina

Lily starts laughing out loud “ oh my God, you must be joking right?”

Brian’s eyes then glow purple as she opens a portal in front of Lily. Lily sat there looking surprised, she put her hand through the portal to check if it was real and it just went through. There was awkward silence for a few moments, then Lily said “ so witches are real, I always imagined them with long noses and green skin and pointy hats. Does being witches explain your colored hair” Walt Nodded and said “after you're born it starts to change color around the age of three depending on your power.” There was an awkward silence, Lily trying to break the silence, said “So, you said the universe is in trouble. From what?”

Brina said“ It's a girl named Beatrice also known as the queen of death, she is trying to destroy the universe and create…” Walt used his index finger and placed it on Brina’s lips, shushing her and said “ don’t let’s not start from there, let's start from the beginning, from how the universe was created.”

Walt clears his throat “ so it began like this…”

Gina says “ let me say it, i know all about how the universe was created.”

Walt then said “ I know how the universe was created too.”

Gina replied “ I know more, because I actually went to school, the best school in the magic dimension, and I also worked for the council of the universe, before I became a fugitive.so i know more than you.”

Lily said. “Stop, Gina is a fugitive, am I helping to hide a fugitive.”

Brina said “ maybe,we just came to earth to find the person that was supposed to help save the universe from destruction.”

Gina muttered under her breath. “ and hopefully put the council of the universe out of their job.”

Lily said “ So have you had any luck finding the person?”

Walt said, “ honestly you're our only lead right now, if somebody would at least use the detector. We would have found her already.”

“What makes you think, I am the person you're looking for.” Lily said as she tossed more wood into the campfire.

“Just a feeling I guess.” Brina said tying her purple hair in two pigtails

“Gina, use the detector on me, all my whole life I have felt different, i had word dreams about a woman Anna she was calling me by my middle name kate.” said Lily.

They all stared at Lily surprised, Gina and Walt said, “ you met Anna in your dreams.” Brina then said “ your middle name is kate.”

Gina Looked at Brina and said “seriously, that is all you could notice right now.”

Brina put her hand inside her pocket and brought out a stone that showed a hologram of a paper with writings on it, she said “ the description of the person we're looking for, it said that her name is kate. It also tells the height, color of eyes, and weight.”

Walt said “ you

had that the whole time.”

“ I did not think it was important.” Brina said.

“So now Lily fits all the descriptions, but how are we sure it is the person we are looking for.” said Gina Sweeping her white bob hair out of her face.

“Use the detector.” Lily said

Gina puts her hand in her pocket and brings out a small device that looks like a transmitter, she takes a deep breath and says. “You guys don’t understand…”

Brina then says “ bla bla bla, you talk too much.” She snatches the device from Gina, points it at Lily and presses a button.

There was a loud ringing sound from the device and Brina looked at the device and said “woah the magic is off the charts. Lily, you are the one we are looking for.”

“What have you done Brina, this detector is powerful enough to signal the council of the Universe, when you used it on Lily there was a silent energy burst, now the councils are going to find me.”
