ofc.....she had brain tumor so she never wanted to hurt her loved ones again.....so she faked her death for a heavy treatment......in that treatment she might have died too......after she knew she was pregnant she thought of going back but she got know that mark has a fiance now...so she hid her self again.. but soon or later she will reveal everything 😊 ANYMORE DOUBT PLS ASK ME😊
