Vivan I cannot say something about tha condition because like you say Riva said the to you she meet her childhood friend and like her mother said she never have a friend in childhood because her father stick behaviour she spent her childhood without any friend but she had only one friend with her and that was her doll , So it's really bad because I think she imagine the thing that is not exist in real world.

Vivan was standing outside the metro station thinking how to take Riva to the Doctor , when he sees Riva going with someone else.

in no time Dr. Kumar

walk from his cabin to reception , where Riva and Vivan are waiting for Dr. Kumar to arrive , seeing them Dr. Kumar says both of you are here.

Seeing adr. Kumar , Vivan hugs hin and says , 'how are you uncle'.............😊
