Chapter 2

Yaslam, Fateh, Ayiez, Kasyaf and Kay have just returned from school. They attended Muar High School. Ainan who will pick up the five of them and Najaa on the way home from school. While waiting for Ainan's arrival, they were interrupted by a group of male students the same age as Yaslam. One of them known as Wakeel tried to touch Ayiez but was rebuffed by Ayiez's brother Kasyaf. Kasyaf pushes Wakeel away because Wakeel is still trying to approach and touch his sister.

"Ey just chill bro. We're just kidding. But why we can't be friend beautiful woman like your sister huh" said Wakeel with a smirk.

"Bro, that's not nice. You're a stranger, he wants to touch her. It's haram" said Yaslam.

"Huh? Now you pretending to be pious. Guys, go get them..." Wakeel's direction.

Wakeel and his gang beat Yaslam and the others. Yaslam did his best to defend Ayiez but he was beaten hard enough that his lips broke. Suddenly a car came. The car belonged to Sirhan the father of Yaslam, Fateh and Najaa. Sirhan immediately came out to rescue them. Najaa was just silent in the car watching the incident. Sirhan shouted and headed to the bus station. Sirhan's screams startled Wakeel and his gang.

They then fled leaving Yaslam and the others. They are all wounded. Luckily not too bad. Sirhan supported Yaslam severely. Her body was bruised. Fortunately, Kasyaf, Kay and Fateh are not as bad as Yaslam. Ayiez is fine. Immediately, Sirhan, Yaslam and the others went to the hospital and called Haidar. Sirhan asks Kasyaf what happened. Kasyaf also explained what happened to Sirhan.

At the hospital...

Haidar has just arrived at the hospital with Aleesa and Heidi. Aleesa And Heidi hug their son. Haidar also asked Sirhan the truth. After finding out the truth, Haidar punched the wall of the hospital. His anger at Wakeel and his gang members was exaggerated. Heidi asked her husband about Yaslam's condition. Sirhan tries to calm his wife down. Heidi is very worried if anything happens to Yaslam because Heidi remembers that Yaslam was entrusted to them. Shortly after that, Yaslam came out of the doctor's room. Her legs and fingers were bandaged. Heidi continued to hug her son. Tears continued to flows over Heidi's cheeks. Sirhan went to Heidi and hugged his wife and tried to calm her down.

Heidi is very grateful. He is thankful to Allah because Yaslam is okay. Only wounds and bruises. Heidi cried with joy. Sirhan also embraced Yaslam. Aleesa had suggested that they lodge a police report but Yaslam objected. He didn't want to sever the friendship between Wakeel. Yaslam believes Wakeel is a good man. There may be certain reasons why Wakeel is like that.

"Baba it's okay. Let's go back. I wants to rest. I feel sorry for my siblings too. They hasn't eaten yet" said Yaslam.

They all returned to their homes. Yaslam was supported by his younger brother, Fateh. Haidar hugged his daughter, Ayiez. He still felt angry at the actions of the young men towards his daughter. Before returning home, Haidar talked to Sirhan about something.

"This weekend call everyone together" said Sirhan.

Haidar just nodded. He also shook hands with Sirhan as a sign of their parting there. After arriving at Fateh's house, he continued to carry his brother to the room to pray and rest. Heidi is preparing food with Najaa. Fateh then took a bath to refresh himself and continued the Asr prayer and recited the Quran. After the food was prepared, Heidi called her husband and children to eat together.

"Fateh go call Yaslam" said Sirhan.

"All right Baba" agreed Fateh.

Fateh immediately went to his brother's room and called his brother to eat. Fateh knocked on the door of his brother's room and greeted first. He then went into his brother's room. Yaslam looks lethargic. Fateh approached his brother and sat next to his brother. He placed his hand on Yaslam's forehead. It's hot. Yaslam has a fever.

Fateh got up and immediately went downstairs to tell their father but his hand was held by Yaslam. Yaslam told Fateh to keep the matter a secret because he did not want their parents worry. Fateh complied and took the medicine in his brother's drawer and made sure his brother ate the medicine. After make sure that his brother's condition was good, he returned to the kitchen. Their mother asked where Yaslam was. He replied his brother was still resting and did not want to be disturbed. They continued to eat.

After Isyak prayers ....

After finishing the prayer, Sirhan take his phone and dialed Rudy's number.

"Assalamualaikum friend. Rudy, tell everyone to gather. Bring your wife and children once. I have something to discuss" said Sirhan.

"Waalaikumussalam. What do you want to discuss? Is it a big deal? Haidar has called me. What he told is the same as what you told" replied Rudy.

"You've been like this since marriage, your standard language hasn't disappeared huh? Ouh, after we meet, I will tell the details" replied Sirhan.

"I'm sorry. I'm used to it. After getting out of there, Aalam entrusted me to take care of Iman" replied Rudy.

"Huh? Are you still in touch with Aalam?" Sirhan asked.

"Every year he and Wazrah will come to visit Iman and our children. Tashfeen's brother too. Sirhan, they will also know the origin of their mother. Who are their uncles and aunts" replied Rudy.

"Yeah. Take care of Iman and your family. How Medina and Khai?" Sirhan asked.

"They're good. Don't worry. Khai is the same. Sirhan, we'll meet this weekend okay?" Rudy replied.

"Okay. Usual place... Send my greetings to them. Assalamualaikum" said Sirhan.

"Insha Allah. Waalaikumussalam" replied Rudy.

The line was turned off. After that Sirhan helped his children with schoolwork and helped his wife with unfinished homework.

Rudy's situation

"Iman my dear, what are you doing? Why don't you sleep?" Rudy asked his wife. They are in the living room of their house.

"Earlier, Aalam and Wazrah came to visit the children" replied Iman.

"Ouh how are they now?" Rudy asked again.

"They are fine. Tok Man and the other villagers are also fine. Aalam send greetings to you" replied Iman.

"Alhamdulillah. Iman my dear, this weekend Sirhan invited us to meet them at usual place. He told me to bring the children once" told Rudy.

"Okay. Tomorrow I'll tell the kids. Darling, why aren't you sleep?" Ask Iman.

"I can't sleep. I don't know what's playing in my mind. It seems to be a sign that something will happen" told Rudy.

"Huh? Is there anything happened last time?" Ask Iman again.

"Yes. But I hope nothing happens" said Rudy.

"I also hopes it will be okay. Darling, I looked at Haziem as if he wasn't healthy" said Iman.

"Don't worry dear, I will asked him okay? You don't have to worry dear" said Rudy.

"All right darling" replied Iman.

After chatting, Rudy and his wife enjoyed the night breeze. The night was quiet. The night was illuminated only by the moonlight. That night was just like the day they returned to their world from the parallel world. The atmosphere is very similar. Rudy hugged his wife. He was thankful that day they returned home safely. But he is very sympathetic to Ithar because Ithar was sacrificed in the mission to rescue Mishal and the other prisoners in Kampung Cemara.

Rudy always prays that Aalam and all the residents of Kampung Perebah are safe. He, his wife and his friends are very indebted to the villagers for helping them. If they are not helped that day, maybe they will be trapped in the parallel world forever.

"Thank you Allah for everything. I'm thankful we all got out of there safely. May those in nature always be healthy and kept away from disaster. You simplify all their affairs and you reduce their sustenance" Rudy prayed while still hugging his wife.

Iman welcomed Rudy's hug with a smile.

"Darling, let's go to sleep. Tomorrow you want to take the children out right? Don't wake up too late" said Iman.

"All right, dear," Rudy replied.
