Holding a short knife in his hand, the young man swiftly cut the still struggling claws of the weevil, revealing it's tender meat. He was hunting the beasts for so long and finally able to get a low level beast.

Without hesitation, the young man eat the meat out of the claws as if he were eating a crab, and swallowed it together with larger pieces of meat.

“I have received zero core points from more than 30 blood weevil in a row. I have must been eaten to much blood weevil. Zero points when I will ever finish my first evolution and gain status". Damon got frustrated.

Over a hundred years ago, mankind finally mastered space teleportation technology. On their first attempt to teleport, they find that they were neither sent back in past nor teleported in future, They didn't even traveled one planet to another.A complete different world lay at the other end of the space.

A world that human never imagined to be exist.Due to some kind of reason or restriction, modern world's technology lost their function here. A machine gun was not useful as knife in this world. No mechanical or electrical equipment worked here. After researching on this they couldn't found anything about this and leave their research.

Mankind were not alone here. Different horrible beasts were liveing here. Human being who used to be top in food chain fell to bottom.

But when people killed some weak beasts and ate their flesh. They were surprised to find odors change and evolved quickly.No sceince could explain this phenomenon.

Due to the evolution people's life span also increased. Which was amazing news for mankind. And due this more and more people entered this world called God's shrine in few centuries. They adapted rules of this world, hunted it's beast and evolved.

Because science and technology became useless. The only thing they got were their fighting skills. Ancient martial arts, which were almost lost in modern society, had unexpected effect here. After developing ancient martial arts for centuries, new schools were formed for learning Martial arts.

In addition when killing a beasts in God's shrine, a person had a chance to get beast soul.Beast soul had all kind of form some could use in the forms of Armor and weapons and they can take the shape of terrifying monster.

Neither martial arts and beast soul had anything to do with Damon. He completed his compulsory education and entered God's shrine when he turned 16. What he knew was the beginning level of martial arts that everyone knew.

Without help of martial arts, beast soul and any man made alloy, he only happened to kill some low level beasts to evolve. But the more meat of low level beast he ate, the less effect of evolution he gained. So many months passed and he still couldn't complete a physical evolution.

It's not like he not tried to kill more powerful beasts, but the weakest primitive beast, almost took his life. He had to take rest for one month before returning God's shrine.

Damon had eaten all kinds of ordinary beasts and wouldn't help him in evolution more. If he didn't trial hunting more advanced beadts, he would never evolve.

When he was hunting a primitive beast he noticed something different, all blood weevil have crimson body, but a bright golden colour caught his eyes.

“Why is this blood weevil so strange"

Damon started at the golden weevil.

Because he killed many weevils before he knew everything about them. Their vision was poor, but their hearing was very sensitive. Unexpectedly, it climbed toward him.

Without hesitation, he held down the golden weevil upper body and Swiftly cut it's fragile joints with the knife in his other hand.

The golden weevil struggled and flipped over. Taking the opportunity Damon Peirce's his knife into a white's

spot on its belly and turned it sharply.
