Wicker Mountain

Hi. My name is Xena. I moved out of my parents house and moved here to be more independent. Im in the black toyota truck driving to my new house. It's a cabin. When I was little me and my family would come here during the summer and explore the mountain. We would see bears and beavers along with a bunch of other animals. But being as we havent been here for years it could use some dusting but other than that the cabin is in good condition. About half way down the road there are rocks everywhere.

I fear for my tires! So much money-.-

Down the road Im getting tossed left and right and I whack my head on the mirror. A headache. great. why me? I close my eyes for a min and hope my headache eases so I can go. After a few min I decide to get back on the road and continue up this rocky mountain.This mountain might be the death of me!

All I've done is drive and and I am already tired. I go back to driving up Wicker mountain still gettin tossed around like a sack of flour finally the cabin comes into view. Its surrounded by trees just like how I remembered. I step out of the car up the steps that leads into the cabin.

the stairs go as I walk.

To the left on the porch is a wooden bench with a flower pot next to it.

Inside the cabin is the living room. To the left kitchen and the back is bedroom and bathroom. I have so many good memories of this place. When I was little mom, dad and me made s'mores outside and we would see the fireflies come out. It was beautiful. I feels great to be back here. I head back outside to fetch my things before it gets dark. When Im done unloading everything from the truck it's late. For now I just take out some cooking utensils for dinner and pj's for after my shower. Tonight let's make some beefy mac. It's simple to make since its in a can and all I have to do is what it up. Im exhausted so after I eat I turn on the hot water in the shower, the my pajamas. Bed! It's been a long day. So will tomorrow. Theres still a lot of unpacking to be done. Im lucky that I was able to buy this place so cheap. I close my eyes and slowly drift into deep sleep.
