'Mam, you have to pay the bills. It's already past the due time. If you don't pay your bills now, I don't think there is any hope for him', the nurse says to me over phone.

That's all what I can say at that time. I have no idea how I am going to pay for all those medical fees.

'Mam it will be better if you submit it in this month. I don't think DOCTOR GWEN can hide it anymore. Hope you can understand out situation' , she said.

'I will pay all the medical fees in this month, don't worry'

So, I have no way around , do I ? What am I going to do now? How can I pay all those medical fees in just a month? Who will help me?

I know I should be helping myself but now, I have no way around. I am already doing 3 jobs. I even drop out my studies for these jobs and specially ' For Him'.

I was on the verge of crying when I heard,

Well I recognize this voice very well. I turn around to found my one and only best friend K****RYSTAL behind the counter grinning at me.

'Stop staring like that, you look like a creep , you know'

There she goes again. I can't believe her at all. She is too narcissistic for own good.

Before she start her blabbering , I went to make her Ice Americano. She usually order Ice americano when she comes here. And she always said that I make the best Americano.

I gave her Ice Americano. As I was to turn around and went before she ask me something. But unfortunately she already start speaking,

'Is it all about money again. How much this time!?'

'No, thank you. I can handle it. I am alreadt thankful for you to found these 3 jobs for me but now I can't owe you any more favour' I said before she completes her sentence.

'Look Krysie 3 million dollars is not a joke. Ok. I can't burden you with that. I know your family is rich but it's too much to ask. I will manage it. Don't worry I will think about something.'

'Don't you love him anymore. Then why are you rejecting my offer again and again'

I roll my eyes over her Good girl words. This girl....can't do anything with her.

'Well well too much for emotional drama. Now sometime for happy news!' she said excitedly clapping her hands.

'What' I glare at her to let her know she in a cafe not a club.

' I have a surprise for you ,hehe' she said with her sinister smile.

Why do I feel that something wrong is gonna happen. She seems to be planning something naughty. I have to be careful of her now.
