Chapter 4: battlefield

As days passed by, Aimi stayed at their estate and took good care of herself, she really felt that she was one of the family members of the kimuras, each day her family took turns and tell her small details about herself, that's how much they cared about her. she thought to herself that if she could stay and be happy with them, she would.

Back in her world, she was born in a middle-class family, it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either, at the age of 10 her parents got divorce and her mother left their family for another man overseas and decided to work there. Her life wasn't really that miserable it was just okay; it was just that she lacked the love and affection of her family. When junior high school came, she decided to go independent even though she was still young, in the years of putting up with her family it made her more mature and tough, that's why when she decided to go independent, and those were the best years she had in her life.

When she turned 18, that was the year she was about to graduate from high school she decided that after she graduated, she would become a engineering student in A university, However Mae never expected to die and suddenly transmigrate into the novel that she read.6

She also learned from her family that she just started her first semester as a freshman at Shinsei University, the most famous school in japan known for its intricate structure and the fact that it had many departments as the novel described it. 'That means if she's still a freshman, I still have 4 years before the two main leads meet.'

In the novel Aimi wasn't really planning on going to college not because wasn't smart, but because she was offered a job to be a model at a big agency and not to mention she had a very successful family. but at the last minute she decided to take up fashion course because it was close to the engineering department where kiyoshi takagi attended.

It was mentioned in the novel that she had really good fashion sense, that's why she got accepted, but now to be completely honest with you all, my fashion sense is really... well it's sh*t, I didn't really care about material things back in my world. when I had to go somewhere, I just grabbed a clothing piece and wore it, all I ever did was study, I was the top of my class and just wanted to accomplish my dreams as an engineer.1

But how the f*ck am I gonna have to deal with this, I'm not good with fashion cause I'm not the real Aimi kimura and I want to switch to the engineering department but kiyoshi's there

"but honey, your grades aren't good enough to transfer to the engineering department" her father said

"who's kiyoshi? I just wanted to transfer because I'm interested in it, please let me transfer it'll make me the happiest daughter alive" she replied as she tilted her head and showed them her puppy eyes

They both looked at each other, then her mother sighed 'well if she doesn't know kiyoshi then I guess it's fine... right? and besides what's wrong with having a daughter as a engineering graduate, it'll be good to brag about it with my friends'2

"ok fine, I'll find a way to get you in the engineering department but in one condition" her father said

"what is the condition father?"

"you have to do well in your school okay, don't go around and embarrass the kimura family name"

She nodded as she hugged both of her parents, they were surprise to see her this happy which made them both smile and hug her back.

As the days went by the dean said to her father that she could transfer departments but she had to take a test to prove if she is worthy to go to the engineering department and so on the day before she goes back to school she took a test to see if she was qualified, she waited for hours and finally got the results

[[CONGRATULATIONS YOU GOT IN]]

"OH MY GOD I GOT IN!!!" she shouted

Her both of her parent including her brother burst into her room and congratulated her, they celebrated and she prepared her stuff for school tomorrow then she slept soundly.

What she didn't know was that she was about to enter a battlefield tomorrow the moment she steps inside her school.
